How to be able to tame these things

1. If a beginner or don’t know how to shoot, get about 10 narco arrows, if you do only make 1-2.

2. Shoot it.

3. Once knocked out, feed it MEAT

4. Have fun exploring the ocean waters!

Good stuff about it is that you get to get infinity air in water, they are good for getting oil, chitin and pearls, and they can outspeed a megalodon in water!

Bad thing is that they die easily

If only u can ride it out of the water

If you have this guy inside your ocean plat and the coelacanth die, he will automatically harvest them.

Gives you and your shoulder mount oxygen when you ride it on the underwater.

Used mine as a command station for me to give orders from and beat the easy water cave, while riding it.

Went a little crazy in the other one I did it with a spino and the giga fly, almost went horrible wrong three times.

They go fast.if you make them right.

I find them very useful for early game water taming.when you don't have a scuba this is good substitute.I recommend taming a higher level they are super easy to kill.

Hi guys author of trilobite life here I know you don’t care about it cause those stories probably only have like 3 or 4 likes prob less but I’ll be starting my very own dossier for some of my favorite creatures on the island.

Great for the fact it can be out side the water and is a fast swimmer. Can also be carried by most flyers so good for going to deferent locations quickly.

When they burp, smell it, it’s oxygen

When breeding make sure they are in water and for imprint, the ones I raised was always a walk. It only shows it wants care. It doesn’t show what it wants, so I whistled follow and it got a 25% imprint as soon as I did. Each time I just took it for a walk.

for the wrong information i made; You need to push them into a water deep enough to ride in mobile. You can’t ride in land.

Faster swimmer than my 140.5% Movement Speed character with flippers, with base speed it can outswim pretty much any wild ocean creature.

Can be used to lure Mantas into taming pens at pretty early levels, and is much more maneuverable than any other amphibious mount. When ridden, can also side-strafe and VERY slowly swimm backwards if you so wish.

Pump some Health and Speed only.

They can only mate in the water. The egg looks like a ball of jelly and floats on the water surface. You can't pick it up! It doesn't spoil either.

This dino is excellent for getting the deep sea loot crates. Be aware that your own stamina runs down very slowly when you're riding.

You can ride along with share O2 it’s basically a entry lvl scuba tank. Swims fast just real low health

You can ride them in mobile you HAVE to be IN WATER for it to work

Awesome for someone who hasn't pumped oxygen and wants to hit deep sea loot crates and get pearls. Tamed a 145 with prime and pumped speed and stam. Was my favorite underwater tame hands down. You still want to bring flippers though.

You can only ride them AFTER they git in the water
