Don’t underestimate these guys because 4-6 of these dimorphodons can kill a Rex.They also hit u on your mount.If u aggro one by hitting them go in water if u don’t have good weapon or armor and if there are many of them

Excellent for early game when you're going solo on official. Kept this trick to myself, but now that I'm retired from official, I'm sharing some of what I've learned. It's well known dimorphodons are bastards. If you tame a flock, level hardly matters, and pump speed, you're in pretty good shape against raiders. Place them along your walls, keep them fed and leveled. God save the raiders who try to break into your base, for hell hath no fury like an angry swarm of dimorphodons. They'll almost certainly die, too slow to stop the swarm, buying you time to prepare your defense, if they even try again. It's really fun to watch.

Get 2 of them female n male mate them (better if one or both lvl 80+) just continue breed them till get high lvl female mate with the high lvl mate repeat this and last thing you know you hv bunch of them now im running out of meat.. Just call my 14 pack go hunting for meat they kill bronto 6k hp lvl90 let's see.. Next target spino also dead

I have one of these guys in my House-raft (yes, that’s a thing) of whom is a male. He is white with these orangish/brownish-red wings (I can’t tell but their in the red category in terms of color) and his name is Snow. Now I’m reading most of your comments saying they are good hunters/self-defenders, but I am keeping him inside until he has the health of a Carbonemys. Then I will take him outside and test him against one and then slowly level up his damage output from there. Thanks for reading ^_^

it doest acctually eat raw meat, plus it took me a little long cuz my raptor went crazy and killed the unconcious dimoprhon, plus its hard for me to bola it cuz.... lets say it just (-hard to tame-) (fly so high)

Not ideal for mobile, as there is a tame limit they really need to remove. If this was fixed, HAVE THE DIMORPHODON RAVE!

Not sure about this but I'd think it's reasonable to say a flamethrower could save you from these devils due to their low health. Always build a raid base as well so you can have turrets save you from the swarm.

Can these suckers drag you with their tail? Cause I was on the beach farmin rocks and something dragged me into the water and pulled me down the beach by a wire or something and only thing near by and heading in the same direction was a dimorphodon

Simple kibble isn't working to tame these

They can deal surprising large amount of damage to your character so I find getting a shot in with Trang’s and then running in a straight line for a few meters so you can get a straight shot while they directly at you. For me, trying to shoot these things whilst they fly around me in circles has always ended in tears

Get one male and alot of female and breed them.

Only take eggs when you have any flyer other than quetz or a good swimmer as they can’t go underwater unless there tamed and on your shoulder,

These guys always go in packs. Make sure you bring backup. Tried to tame one and another came and killed me. Better be careful around em.

These guys are some of the most annoying creatures. I’ll be hunting with my level 140 albino Rex and one will have the audacity to fly right into my Rex’s mouth and get angry when he gets bit. Then eight of them start buzzing around you like flies and you have to deal with them or it gets annoying. I hate these guys more than Gigas.

Get a bunch of these little guys and they can kill a rex ... they killed my lvl 115 rex
