These tiny guys are awesome. Bola one in the head, give it some raw meat and force feed it some narcos or narcotics and you got yourself a tiny death machine.

When they are on your shoulder, objects in their inventory add half what they would in yours. I found a pretty one that matched my outfit and now it’s my backpack w/extra supplies

If using a high leveled one, they're really handy for chasing anything that flies that you might want to kill.

As a noob I thought these things were really cool so stunned it with the bola and knocked out with club.

The tame wasn't successful though because I had nothing to keep it asleep.

I decided to kill it when it woke up cause it stole my raw meat thinking an iguanadon could kill it easily.

The best shoulder pet for combat they are absolutely amazing.

When your taming one of these guys, always use prime meat. It only took me 2 or 3 prime meat to tame a lvl 95 one. Now I being him everywhere and he is constantly saving my life. I definitely recommend getting one just to sit on your shoulder in case your in trouble with a theri or a Rex. Oh and never try to tame one while it’s friends are around. That ended badly for me XD.

I tamed one of these at a low lvl, and because of it, I wasn't scared to go face to face with a titanboa or troodon, Everytime something knocked me out this little guy hopped off my shoulder and protected my unconscious body

Dont understimate its small size it can kill even the largest beast i present to you the dimorphodon it is easy to tame but scout the area first to see if their are many of them in the area if you attavk one all of its kind will rush and kill you but they not to hard to kill for players but for many massive beast feared by peaple they can take out wathever beast they encounter maybe their small but they wont fall back until they kill thier prey i saw many of them attacking 2 high level spino and they killed those spino with ez just dont use them to fight cinteped or you and your dimorp will die

I saw two of these guys kill three rex’s and me just leave them alone

These guys are amazing starting out, get a high to decent level tame it and just pump all into melee and some health( at least like 500-600hp) and these dudes will be ur body gard until u get a bird, if u get jumped by a raptor these dudes will shred its face as its shredding u, and if a Dino gets to close he also does damage at the same time as you, get the little guy some high melee friends and a spy glass and oh boy u can now take down dat dodo dat has been terrorizing u (as well as low level rexes). All and all pretty good game for most of the game, so grab a bola grab a slingshot and happy taming.

Okay excuse me for going into rant mode BUT WHY ARE THESE GUYS THE ULTIMATE REX AND SPINO KILLER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD I SAW ONE!! JUST ONE LEVEL 5 TAKE DOWN A 20 SPINO AND A LEVEL 40 REX. I GOT 10 OF THEM AND TOOK DOWN AN ALPHA REX LEVEL 65.

One of the easiest dinos to tame, it only takes 1 tranq arrow, just bola it, make sure it isn't around any of its friends, and shoot tranq arrows at it. Make sure that you have at least 3 narcotics and you can feed it meat, regular raw meat.

Whatever you do, DO NOT piss these things off when you have low level dinos. You accidentally hit one while attacking something else, and 6 more will pop out of nowhere, and swarm you-killing 2 mid level pteranodons, your FIRST 2 EVER Argies, and leaving you 300 metal and crystal in the negative.

When you’re taking them, force feed them a biotoxin(harvested from dead jellyfish) or two narcotics, or else they will wake up and they WILL kill you.

Never hit one unless you are at a really high level because once i thought would be easy to tame one so I hit it then 6 more came out of no where and killed me. The only damage I gave to was the first one.

Tame a group of this and you can almost hunt anyone, just becarefull of dino with knock back attacks

Best creature for cave cleaning. Pick a pair. Breed them. Make 20 or so. Put on follow and enter cave. Set a shortkey for « attack this target », « neutral « , « passive » and « aggressive » to handle all situations. Additionnaly, bring a wooden shield to avoid getting the mega-rabies from Onycs and Megalanias if you fail to target menacing creatures.

How to tame:

1. Get around 3 bolas, maybe some extra incase you miss of course

2. It’s best to use tranq arrows cause it takes like 1-2 to knock one out. They have lower health so punching them may kill it

3. Knock out, make sure there aren’t any other Dimorphodons around, because they’re real hard to kill in packs.

4. Feed it some raw meat, they take really fast but they have a fast torpor drop so bring a few narcotics.

5. Tame like 9 or 10 more and you got yourself an unstoppable airforce!
