Can be used as an ac unit but it’s in the swamp and when you go in the swamp unless you wanna die you have to be high level but at high level you can already make an ac unit

Don’t try to tame unless you have at least tranq arrows. Bats need you to get close, let alone the 15% chance of death.

Best way to tame these. Are to get a steg to gather narcoberries, get more than u need. I needed around 7 stacks for a lvl 25 tame. Let the topor run down till around 400. Then force feed 100 berries at a time. Hope this helps.

I used Narcoberries instead of Narcotics, made it a whole lot easier pump like 200 berries and your good for 5 minutes

Not sure if they changed it..but I'm using a mc xbow and the last three I tried to knock out died..will try tranq darts next :(

It dont need to be in water to passively lay eggs it may increase the rate though

Not worth it. I shot 50 darts into it and still didn't knock out. It was level 50 so just build an AC and save resources

They can be found in lava island. They are all over, kill everything else in sight and make sure you have protection from the heat. That is all

Use berries when taming will stop the torpor from dropping as fast after applying. Also try to go for lower levels the higher ones are a nightmare.

These things are dumb. Mate them to get an egg and turn it to kibble when needed to imprint.
