Tame a lot for good kibble and powerful pack dinos

Can slow flyers on pteranadons or argies with their spit attack.

The best way to tame a dilo early game is to weave about so it can not hit you with its spit attack, just after it spits at you run in and start trying to knock it out ( punching works if there is no alternative) repeat this proses every ten seconds to avoid the spit . On a final note choose which dilo to attack carefully because you can easily be swarmed if there are any other dilos in the area

If you are low leveled it is quite difficult to knock one out. Bolas are quite low leveled and just wait until you got yourself a bola. Throw it at one high-leveled one. Knock it out with a club or fists and feed it dodo meat.

I tamed one dilo but a Rex killed it and me

Put a cage down ,open it, and get on top. Then shoot a dilo until it is in then shut. Knock out or kill it. 40 meat is good for taming.

If you just spawned in you probably see dilophosaur.But they do make great tames for beginners.It was one of my first tames and if you get a good level it will not be a waste of your time.I usually nock them out with my fist just because it’s easy.And the only thing you need is raw meat.

How to tame

1: scout around your base to find a dilo.

2: go to your base and get atleast 3 wooden clubs, you will need extra.

3: attack the dilo with the club until it’s unconscious.

4: feed the dilo raw meat, I recommend bring atleast 10 raw meat.

5: once your tame has woken up, name it and enjoy your tame!

Just club it no need for a bola

These things are only good in packs of 3-5 if you’re taking them. But normally are in packs of 2-3

Step 1: attack the dilo but be careful! They attack op very good,

Step 2: when it's sleeping, give it some food, like raw meat!

1 attack it until it says unconscious put food in inventory to tame

2 put raw meat raw fish meat cooked meat or cooked fish meat in inventory

3 as you put meat in It's inventory wait until the taming bar reaches 100

Its easier to tame it with the sling and don't attack when are more than 2

How to tame a dilo… the hard way.

First: find a wild dilo that you like.

Second: go hunt and get some prime meat.

Third: get a bonker weapon.

Fourth: bonk that same dilo to sleep.

Five: feed it the Prime meat.

Sixth: protect it at all costs.

Seventh: once woken, give it a cool name.

Final: bond with it
