If you plan to get yourself one of these in Scorched Earth, having a Hyaenodon with the Meatpack can greatly improve the chances of preserving the Raw Prime Meat before it is ready to eat it.

Yeah, they eat so much that it takes time to reach the "bottom" of the meat stack you'll have to feed it.

When breeding, use cooked meat, not raw meat. Cooked mutton is best if you have it in excess. Expect for it to eat hundreds of sheeps worth if cooked mutton.

You need to tame a few to go on a battle with them and better use them as a tanking dino not as an attacking.

I lost 4 higher level wolves to a pack of three of these...unfortunately was caught out in the open on scorched earth during a sandstorm energy was depleted and couldn't escape and they just kept healing each other so couldn't kill them.

Using tranq arrows to ko causes term to use their health regen making them allot faster to tame.
