These things will run when low and they can heal wild

This here hog can "clear the savanna after every meal", it will however, be quite a large meal indeed. Also breed them so when you have a baby you can scream "WHEN HE WAS A YOUNG WARTHOG!"
I’m on mobile and u need to go in a freaking dungeon for these things and it makes me mad >:(
When KO’ing them, they use up food when they use their healing move. As such, they will tame very fast when knocked out so make sure to put a ton of meat in their inventory. 👆🏻so people know

So super easy way to tame these guys, Hit them once with any kind of fast moving of flying dino and let them use their healing. After the healing aura goes away Ko them. Instatamed since their food meter is fully empty 😁
I trapped mine in a pen made up of 4 stone dinosaur gates with a bit of space between each gate. Then I just grabbed one with my argy and dropped it into the pen then knocked it with regular tranq arrows.
The best name I ever saw for this creature was Chris P Bacon.
These things can be pretty hard to hit sometimes, but if you have a tribe, you can do this: Have one of your tribe mates pick it up with an argentavis or any other flying animal that can pick it up, and then start shooting tranqs at it. I’m not sure if this is supposed to happen, but it never attacked the argy my friend was riding as long as they were staying still. And if you have at least one more tribemate, get them to kill any aggressive animal in the area to ensure that the daeodon won’t get killed while it’s knocked (I recommend you do this far away from its pack)
They will use their healing move in the wild and this actually makes taming these burly beasts much easier preventing accidental deaths and making them hungry leading to a 30 second tame
I extremely recommend this Dino all though it might eat all your food so if you’re a beginner and don’t have much meat then this may be a harder thing to keep and that’s all the tips I have to share
