To tame them, you just put crystals in the end slot and then why it’s on the ground you press Y on it and then it’s yours

I don't see anyone talking about the heirs, so yeah. To tame an heir, you have to steal it's egg and avoid the wyverns that aggro. The heirs are slightly stronger, and have a cool skull like thing. They are raised by KO the adults and harvesting crystals from them.

Why is this considered end game? As soon as you hit 65 you can tame one. even earlier if you find an egg.

You need a plan if your going to confront a cristal wyvern

Lay prone on its back when taminf in between its shoulder blades to make your life way easier.

If you are hatching make a 3x3 box out of air cons

You don't need a saddle to ride them!

Idk if this still works it worked for me and my friend anyways: when taming you can actually get on it's back when flying and just keep feeding and bang you have a wyvern

Be careful when knocking them out in taming pens because every time I do it they just stay aggressive and attack the structure, I’ve tried leading them really far away but they just keep flying back, not sure if I’m doing something wrong or it’s just the game, but definitely a problem lol.

When passive taming don’t grapple onto them, it doesn’t work very well

I find it easier to find, hatch, and raise eggs then to tame them all individually. I tamed a lower level tropical wyvern and I used the speed buff to steal eggs and take them back to base. It’s really simple. 1 Tame a TROPICAL wyvern using the honey and bear trap method. 2 Level up HEALTH and STAMINA with some WEIGHT. 3 Go to the spawn and find a HIGH LEVEL egg. (180-225) 4 Grab it and go. Dip your tail in the water to go faster. When 30 seconds is almost out repeat. 5. Once you lose aggro, head on home and use 10 torches. 6. Imprint and let it raise.

To tame them, find one that has landed, jump on its wing, and from there onto its back. Lay all the way down, and feed it you first crystal or primal crystal. Don’t move at all, because it will immediately start flying. After it has been tamed, press the ride button and fly down to the ground and enjoy your new Crystal Wyvern. Note: you have to be a minimum level of 65 to tame them.

Get about 130 crystal and jump on the wyverns back and lay down where it's shoulder connects to wing. Unless you have crossbow and grapple then use this instead

To raise one wyv you need to have primal crystals to feed it

Just ride on its back BUT before so make sure you lead it always from cliffs where you can start to ride it and won't get knocked off...trees don't knock you down hasn't happened to all 11 I tamed

Rainforest for knockback, ember for damage, blood for healing

I've been seeing all these people say jump on a crystal wyverns back to passive tame, and bring parachutes. Did anyone forget about grappling hooks?

If you are doing PVP, the tropical is a D.O.T user and useful for picking because the breath uses less stamina than the others. Blood crystal wyverns are tanks, but only if they have decent health damage and stam. Ember crystal wyverns are just portable manual turrets that have d.o.t and a rage meter that increases the breaths d.o.t and initial damage
