Easy way to tame a starter wyvern to farm primal. Find a low level like 15-20. Have around 50 regular crystal just to be safe. Climb onto its back via the wings. Crouch just above it’s shoulders and start feeding it. Taming bar does not drop and once done you can then use this wyvern to lead higher level ones into wyvern traps to farm primal. Make sure to level stamina and always have regular crystal in the wyvern so it won’t eat your primal. Like if this helps!

Use low lvl wyvern to tranq and get Primal Crystal. Then kill them so a higher lvl spawns. Primal crystal spoils quickly so plan accordingly

Stand on the back of the Wyvern and when it flies away you’ll still be on its back to feed it.

This ain't really a tip I have a question how do you get promo crystals from a tamed wyvern

To find crystal wyverns you need to go to either the crystal arches or near the volcano. For nature you need to take the primal crystal from the back after tranking the wyvern then when it wakes feed it the crystal. For an ice wyvern you need to knock it out and Then run away, you can't take primal crystal from ice wyverns, running away won't make it agro then when it lands feed it primal crystal. Now you have two different types of wyvern in one place👍.

Now you can transfer crystal wyverns to other maps

All you have to do is feed it like 2 primal crystals and wait for it to land every so you can feed. You don’t need a go on its back.

Don’t waste your time on a low level egg. The baby will have a small food capacity and need lots of primal crystals and attention.

When you have raised it you got a junky low levels wyvern.
