Easy tame, takes only 1-2 raw prime meat to tame low levels

How2Tame #7: Compy

So, if you think Compies are full of themselves then I, Zeta, agree with you. They need only prime meat and expensive mutton and they force themselves to wake up because they want to prove themselves a million times over. Now, it's time How2Tame teaches you how to teach THESE things some manners. Note: This was jumped to because I am doing these in the order they appear in the wild. You may do my next entries before this, or skip this altogether.

1. Gather Raw Prime Meat or Raw Prime Fish Meat. Raw Prime Fish Meat is the best because all you must do is eliminate a few salmon. They are simple fishes and do not have much health. Then craft around 10 Narcotic or so.

2. Sight a Compy. Punch it a few times and it will fall unconscious. Feed it your raw prime (fish) meat.

3. If the torpor gets too low, you should have it consume your Narcotic, but only as much as it needs. Please do not waste, Narcotic is valuable.

4. Eventually you will have tamed a Compy. Name it and PLEASE make sure that you feed it ONLY AS MUCH AS IT NEEDS! COMPIES ARE THE CREATURE THAT NEEDS RESOURCE CONSERVATION THE MOST

Compys have a short time of unconsciousness so good luck...

To tame a compy the easy way (simplest):

1) get 99 narcotics.

2) get a fast flying dino.

3) find a compy.

4) kill the other compys.

5) slingshot the compy one time(s).

6) give the compy narcotics and two piles of raw prime meat.

7) you have a compy!

8) be careful for how cute it is.

9) enjoy your compy!!!

Its good to tame because more in a group

means more times the damage

It's easy to tame these guys, so let's learn how!

Step 1-get some prime meat, if u can't, breed an animal and den kill the baby.(if u new so breed dodos)

Step 2- DONT ATTACK WITH SOMETHING! Use ur hand.

Step 3-attack it until its sleeping. And den give it the prime meat,make sure the compi still sleeping!

And boom! U have a compi! Give it some love and proctive them, they don't have many life's! Good luck!

Build a 2x2 wooden pen beside your base with one door. Scout for packs of compys. Select the highest level one and drop him in the pen. Do this numerous times until you have a pen full of compys. With a fridge load of prime meat prepared you are then ready to tame them all in one go by throwing a narc grenade in the pen and running in there with a gas mask.

Why the hell does this thing take longer to raise than a pteranodon

They need prime meat which is a pain but they are really cute.

I take my Rex and kill diplo and paracers along rivers and keep the prime in the Rex's inventory, when I find one I transfer meat knock it out and continue to tame even if others are attacking, then a couple seconds later BOOM you got a compy

Will eat normal raw meat or fish meat after tamed

Alright here is how to tame a Compy: Step 1: Get prime meat (preferably from a tamed carnivore) Step 2: find a Compy pack. Step 3: kill Dino’s that might kill the Compy. Step 4: kill the compies except the one you want.step 5: knock out the Compy. Recommend wooden club. Step 6:Put prime meat into the compy’s inventory. Step 7:You got a Compy! Will eat regular meat after tame.

The Egg Incubator temp for the Compy is 28 for the 20% boost

Knocking them out is very easy but what you have to feed them is the hardest part you have to feed them prime meat no other meat will work and when you tame it it is going to get killed

Ok so guys one thing is when I had my 4 dodos with me and 4compys just came charging at me food thing my dodos were there to save me🥳and I found one that was knocked out and I was like what I have to tame it so I put raw meat in it’s inventory and I had to killl it

These boys like prime fish meat, and prime meat, one or two should do for a 130, but I like them because they are for 1. Cute and 2. Decent shoulder mounts, and they also keep you company, but don’t throw it off your shoulder when in a fight, or it will die tryna help you. :( Rip: jordan

Dont use weapons at all use your fist and after knocking use narcotic or narcos!

They don't die with out food or anything

Why are these guys so hard too tame! I knocked one out, turned around too get some meat and next thing I know the little things up. Wildcard please change this.
