So, me and my tribemate were playing on the island as he was relatively new and I was showing him about. Then, I crafted a Tapejara saddle and we snook up on a Tapejara, bolad and tranqed it. After that, we located a Spino close to spawn and with him in the back seat of the Tapejara and me piloting it, we latched to some walls, flew around it all the while pelting it with Tranq arrows. We finally knocked it out and I took out a few Sarcos that were nearby with my crossbow. Then, we found a Theri egg but no Theri and I realised we could make exceptional kibble so we quickly flew back to our nearby base. After we had made the kibble and were flying back, the taming tracker disappeared. I put it down to the fact that I was looking directly at the tracker (for me it glitches out whenever I look at it) but we arrived at the scene to find a dead Spino who’s body was being harvested by 4 Compys. Little blighters ruined the tame and made my friend upset because Spinosaurus is his favourite Dino. Then he went on a Compy massacre.

So other than kibble from their eggs is there really a use for compys Yes actually so they may not be the best shoulder-mount but they do have decent storage so you can actually put but a decent amount of like prime meat or regular meat on them or berries / crops like and then just throw them up on your shoulder set them to follow you but have them ignore group call so they will always follow you and your set. Basically I use them as portable refrigerators I'm sure there's better ones for that but still. Also they're one of the few dinos you can just have in your house or like 60 of them and be the crazy compy lady

Imma bout to get ya a army of compies if your in mobile.

1. Get compies in a 1 by 2 sized box

2. Get lots of fast breeding animals (I suggest dilos)

3. Get them eggs and hatch them

4. MURDER THE CHILDREN

5. Get anything to slow the process of the prime meat to spoil

6. Knock out the compies and SHOVE a the prime meat down its THROAT

7. Now ya got a best friend enjoy!

After 999999 taming attempts, I’m wondering if it is actually possible. Their torpor goes down SO FAST.

To me, compies are just annoyances. They have pitiful damage, speed and health. No special ability at all. You can outwalk, and easily outrun them. Even a noob with fists can kill low level ones. Heck, even dodos can kill them. (tamed ones)

Every time a compy is seen, this is what I think… SRIVEL UP AND BLOW AWAY SHRIMP there pests is what I mean.

It does not really take much to tame this little pest. For an example I got on my iPad last year and and killed a Diplodocus then I remembered you can tame a copy with raw prime meat. I only had one so I knew I was going to have to find something else let’s raw prime meat. But once it was done finishing it was fully tamed. I tried to tell me another one so I could bread compsuagnaths,but when I Fed it raw prime me it didn’t work probably because of the level it was at

These little rascals only takes the finest of meat, yet in a group they'll kill almost anything, and to that a I say there all GREEDY LITTLE WASTE!
