So what i would do is kill the whole pack except the compy you want and lure the one you want in a small trap (It will say how to make the trap at the bottom) then leave for a while and let it chill out.And get prime meat. and slowly feed the compy (Whitch should take like a minute to tame) IMPORTANT: Do NOT use tranq arrows you have to hand feed compys becuase if you knocked it out itwould say “only tameable awake”

MATERIALS
x2 thatch ceilings
x10thatch walls
x2 thatch door ways
x2 thatch doors
x2 thatch foundations
x2 thatch or wood starirs
HOW TO CREATE THE TRAP
place down the two foundations And build the walls ( four on the left and right side also it should be 2 by 2)
then place the ceiling on top the walls (Where roofs normaly are) then place down thatch door frames on the front and back of the build and use the 2 extra thatch walls to cover the hole above the door frames and put two thatch stairs. ( if thatch stairs are a thing, if not use wood stairs) and place down the doors
HOW THE TRAP WORKS
So basicly kill the pack of compys except the one you want and the last one should still chase you if not then i am a liar 😥 And quickly run in and close both doors, wait for the compy to calm down put ghille armour on and sneak up behind the compy then feed it prime meat and wah la a compy

More Compy Taming & KO Tips
Up of u think it is too expensive too tame
Compys are more trouble than they are worth, but we all tame them, so here’s a guide to help you out.
1. Get some prime meat, it is already max effectiveness so having mutton doesn’t matter. In asa babies drop prime and are a great source because they drop a LOT
2. I recommend tranq arrows, because fists will likely kill it, and it will bite you, and the 1 to 3 ish tranqs you’ll need aren’t expensive
3. Knock it out and feed it, it is a very quick tame so just wait for it to tame, and you shouldn’t need narcotics because it tames so fast. You can bola it if it is too hard to hit, just wait for it to walk up to you and stare so you can hit it while it’s motionless

Guys they only take with mutton, prime fish or reg prime
They die from starvation REALLY FAST, like in a couple of minutes if low level, so rember to put some meat in it's inventory After taming It, i learned the hard wayಥ‿ಥ

Pick the compy you want and kill the rest. Otherwise they will turn on your tame compy and kill it. No one leaves the compy tribe and lives.

When you leave your giga on passive and one of these comes into your base while you sleep. Don’t know how long it was there but it did kill it
These guys also eat raw prime fish meat.
