Harvested Bio Toxin is highly effective for maintaining torpor during taming and can also be used to craft Shocking Tranq Darts.
Bring your Baryonyx with more than 1k health. Go ride your Baryonyx to this creature, Cnidaria. Just let the Cnidaria attack your Baryonyx, meanwhile you clear them up with your sword or crossbow
