Since they attack tames and players only why dont they aggro onto other creatures? Like they should attack manta coel sabertooth salmon megapirahna megalodon electrophorus angler basilosaurus and more! So even if they were in the wild they could still protect ur base! And keep those nasty wild spinos away

Tame a basil( unaffected by shock ) and eat all jellyfish you can then make shocking tranqs with the collected bio toxin for easy taming of all dino

In ark mobile these are easy to kill you just need a spear and you find some close to shore. Then, you kill them and have bio toxin you won’t use until 2 years later.

Why would this be in a taming calculator if it can't be tamed. Well this is how... Go to admin commands and type DoTame or ForceTame. P.S they drop a weird substance that is MUCH BETTER than narcotics. Trust me they're awesome!

These guys are a huge pain. They look easy to kill but aren’t, as they will paralyze you and knock you out. On the flip side, their biotoxin is AMAZING. Great for taming stuff with low torpor. ‘But, how will I get it if it’s dangerous?’ You ask. A lotta spears. Throw a few until it’s dead, check the water for other dangers, and go out and get your free narcotic. Once you have a spear these guys ain’t a problem.

They act like eels and knock u off ur mount. The best creatures to use r tuso, basilo, and plesiosaur.

To everyone asking what there use is, you can get a toxin from them and use it to make a very potent trank dart

Easy bio toxin: Just find one near the shore, aggro it and swim to the shore, making shore its following you. Once your on the shore wait for jellyfish to be on the edge of shore and just stab it with your spear / pike. You get like 20 - 30 bio toxin, but 1 spoils in about 40 minutes. I find it really useful to just go harvest bio toxin than use narcotics to keep a tamping Dino asleep, so you can use all your narcotics on tranq arrows or tranq darts. Oh and finally once you reach a high enough level (I think around level 90) you can learn the shock dart which uses the bio toxins, and 1 - 3 shots most Dinos.
