What are tips for cnidaria? Tips and strategies for cnidaria in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
just swim to shore and when they follow u to high they get stuck then just yoink them with a spear or sword
These things are impossible! Go a cross the water nowhere near them and they chase you. It's so annoying there is no getting away from them! A quick sting maybe but nooooo.....
They grab you, your friend and Dino's then call it's friend over for a party! We all died! My rex took me forever to get grrr
I still remember when my 2 sarcro and pigeon (if forgot it name) die form this mf, but in the end 300+ biotoxin form my rampage is worth it (sadly I loss all of it when I has to abandoned my raft when it stuck in red wood)
Rip, violet, William and my unnamed bird.
If you want to cross a river make sure to kill these Bois if you see them, bow and arrow can easily kill them
Don’t think you’ll easily have them. Bc they’ll team with 20 mantas and destroy you ,your family and your dog
I never go into the ocean anymore because of these guys. It just seems they are always there, waiting to decimate your health in less than 10 seconds. I lost my Beelzebufo to these guys.
R.I.P Dover the frog
When swimming in the ocean (especially on a mount), do NOT approach. I got killed with all my gear and my level 80 Sarco almost died because I ran into one and nocked me off the saddle. The best strategy is probably to hit it with a crossbow or a harpoon gun on the shore where you can easily outrun if necessary.
All you need is a pike or crossbow and it's dead
They are fairly aggressive but slow and for some reason they have no cool down on their stun so they will infinitely stun a creature with no resistens doing like 40 damage until the creature dies or if you can get it away (the stained creature wont be able to move so kill the jellyfish or pick up the creature) if you have good o2 and the jelly fish is NOT agroed on you then you can swim away very slowly as the jelly fish will stun you about .2 seconds after your not stuned but if its agroed on you it will follow you and stun you again.
My poor Pela got herself tangled with this mess.
But those jelly helped me tamed many new dinos.
I just set my Bary into passive mode, dismount him and shot those jelly with crossbow. Their poison then used to show the land dinos who is their new owner.
My way to farm those zappy boy is use Sarco, get into crossbow range then dismount Sarco while in surface of the water. If you not moving, you would likely stand on top of your crocodile to shoot those Jellyfish.
Stab them with a spear until you and the the guy next door and then that one guy all the way in a desert die
( you might kill it but yet again you will most likely get paralyzed and die)
Well I went on my icthy with my friend who said that nothing attacked them except for the squid things and maybe the plesiosaur. But I was swimming down and ran into a group of cnidera but thy didn’t go after me. I’m not sure if it was a glitch because before they did go after me on my icthy. I hope this helped.
When you see these douchebags, get the fk out of there! Lost a level 89 mega due to a school of these things
Suddenly received three “Your Dodo Lv 6 (Dodo) was killed by a Cnidaria!” messages at the same time. Had no idea what that was, looked it up, and just whispered “biiiitch”
Not sure if it’s bugged, but do not go in the water without having your Dino on neutral, also having it on follow is handy so that every time you get shocked and get kicked off your mount it takes a second but then it kills the jelly’s and comes back to you. I’ve tried with a Spino, Megalosaurus, and A Rex!
These guys are assholes the first time I encountered one they one shot me, and I was level 100. Dam basterds 🤬😡
The best way to kill this is by the tuso, can kill the whole pack at once and wont dismount you or stop you from moving. Basilosaurus is immune to the attacks but its weaker and kills them slower.
Adventure log: Cnidaria aka death jellyfish is an annoying invertebrate that can be also classified in the category of (should be out of the game). They can cause big problems even though they seem small and don't do lots of damage, ad these are all things underwater explorers need to look out for. In the ISLAND, they spawn in all of the waters sourounding the island and between west zone 1 and South zone 1. What we all don't know is how do they get in groups? Normall jellyfish are usually apart from a each other. We may never find out
Try to kill them from a distance or you’ll be in for a treat.
