If u want to kill these guys but u always die or something here is how:
First u must lure them near to the ground once u lured them there get a bow and shoot the hell out of them and take a hatchet and go in the water as they won't electrocute u anymore so it's harmless and hit them with the hatchet and u can get bio toxin which is useful for taming creature that lose torpor pretty fast but be careful it can also lose health but it won't be harmful for taming tanky creatures so this is how to kill it and get bio toxin from it up if this was helpful for noobs

Why would you need to knock it out
Hate them I let my Meg (level 10 ) swim around because I didn't think anything would attck it 3 minutes later your meg was killed by this mf I am crying now I cant believe it did that. I only new to ark I have been playing for 5 days now leave a like so others see this
Their attacks shock you (which makes you unable to move), and they often stick in groups. If you get surrounded by these, you're basically dead. Don't use melee weapons, use a crossbow.
Make these tameable so I can light up my pond π
Once grabbed they won't let go till dead I had a Lvl 215 spino and was having a jolly swim then BANG WAM I get jumped by 8 jelly bastards and the spino died :(
I left my level 98 titanosoar on passive in the water then I went to tame a carno to go look for artifacts but then⦠YOUR TITANOSOAR o.p was killed by Cnidaria level 10

Actually you can force tame them but why why just why why why why why why just WHYYYYYYYYY if you hav force tamed them you are on the side of the most hated creature aside from troodons
All fish can't kill you in shallow water!
Just make them come in shallow water and kill them with bare hands!
Believe me!
These f#cking creatures can't shock you in shallow water
Make sure they are very near to the beach and kill them!
