Tips & Strategies

What are tips for chalicotherium? Tips and strategies for chalicotherium in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
The Chalicotherium is a mammal commonly found in colder areas that many survivors find useful in battle. In the wild, Chalicotherium often playfully throw snowballs and mud rocks at each other, however, when tamed, they can be given boulders to throw at enemy structures.~Steel Cookie 123
I was just chopping down trees and harvesting some bushes until this mf attacked my dodo which it regretted while getting itself eaten by my pelagornis, sarcoo, and pachy bro deserved it ngl

3: When it's trap, sleep!!!
4: Feed stimberry
(tame meter will goes up extremely fast because its hungry)
[Also I'm playing on mobile so I'm not sure if there will be any differences between pc and mobile]
Be sure to save beer for your self after words
If you're trying to kill (or tame) this creature, make sure it's the only one around. If there's more, they'll all attack you.
Even if you are wearing ghille staying near it too long will cause it to agro,so I suggest setting a timer for about 2 mins after its feed time becomes more frequent due to the initial wait time of 5+ minutes on high lvls.
In order to tame a Chalidithering, you will need beer. A Ghillie suit is not necessary but it is recommended.
1 feed the first beer. After the first feed you will need to wait around 10 minutes and 30 seconds in order to feed the second.
2 after the second beer is fed, any feeds after that will require you to wait around 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3 so first beer then wait 10min 30sec then second beer wait 1min 30sec and feed the rest of beers waiting 1min 30ec between each beer.
What ever you do, DON'T MAKE IT MAD. It will literally destroy everything you know and love
These guys are amazing for caves, absolutely beasts, give them a Helmet and stim berries to eat and head on in, they have three attacks, a head butt, a slap and a rock throw, their good damage, fast attack speed and high damage make them so good in caves, but they have a couple draw backs, they have terrible stamina, health isn’t great and their torpor is pretty low, but level those stats and put some in weight load and you will be able to clear caves with ease
If you use stimberrys it will take 2 hours
Me big drunk cow sloth thing. Me throw rock and kill everything in sight. Me underrated. Please tame me. Me better than ugly sloth. Stop being big baby and feed me stimberries. Me help kill giant monkey man. Me like beer.
