Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a carcharodontosaurus? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a carcharodontosaurus.
The way you tame it is by dragging a carcass to it until the hexagonal bar is full, once that is full turn green once it is green you can ride it and go kill things once you kill enough things it will be tamed
The AxeMan has a tutorial on how to tame this beast. Just search “how to tame the carcharodontosaurus in ark”. Some reminders: feed it dead corpses until you can ride it. Then, kill dinos with it until it’s tamed (do it under ten minutes).
Wonder how it could be tamed. Seems like a pretty awesome dino from what I've heard.
I have a few dozen diplo from breeding them, i play on rag and on the Scottish highlands, and theres a level 86 carcha, should i tame it?, Im level 36...
If it can kill gigas would traqs affect it
No trap needed to tame these. Just feed it the Dino and keep it full
Very powerful creature you looking at
These do use giga spawns. So if you want to find one look where gigas will spawn. :)
Alright so the strategy I used was I took a managarmr (you can use any decent powered creature) killed stegos and dragged a stego corpse over and got about half trust, used about 3 because the trust starts to go down after a few seconds and went on a murder spree to tame it, you don’t need to trap this thing just try to keep the stego corpses around 100 meters from the Carch and you should be fine, another thing to note is that taking damage downs the effectiveness when your riding the Carch to tame it.
When i first tamed a crach i used horses and make sure to have all the bodies in the same place before truing to get trust that was the mistake i made.
You will lose taming effectiveness if you get hit while riding during the taming process, so be careful!
There is A lot of creatures I want them to add to ark mobile and this creature is one of them.
I’m not sure if this works every time, but if it does for you up so others see
I tamed a Carcha no trap by killing my own tames that had a high weight class, dragged them, unloaded the car and lured it over
Then I got it to sniff and it ate all the corpses and I got the trust
Feel free to down if it doesn’t work for you, it worked for me however
And also max out the level. Also give it some meat
Max out anything also get some meat
See there are many suggestions for taming a carcharuhdauntosaurus some need metal gates end expensive stuff but the trick I want to tell you just works like magic without much resources.
1.you will need an argy or rhyniognatha and that's it
2. Just kill a creature using your mount and go to the creatures corpse and click on drag body in this method you can carry more weight without having much weight stat
3.try killing mammoths or rex if you manage to kill one and just drag that to the carcha when he is calm and stay close till carcha smells the body and don't go near him just let him come to you and eat that beleive me he will not bite you as soon as he eats the corpse just fly away if it's taming bar is not full .
4.and once allows you to ride hum just kill as much creature as you can rexes brontos and diplos are best
Note that.
Special thing about this technique is you won't need metal gateways or anything just a flying mount with decent weight cap like argentavis or rhyniognatha
.and remember you can use your rex too just set it on passive unclaim and kill it and carry it to carcha and with my trick a mid level player can carry a rex
Hope this trick helps 👍
Do not trap the carcha as taming will not work. Do not worry if the dino sacrificial is imprinted 100% as it won't make a difference if using tamed dinos( tame dinos cryopps them then uncryopod for the cryo sickness unclaimed kill offer for Car-chan) if using wild dinos Make sure you have a lot to offer and quickly otherwise tame meter drops rapidly. Make sure there is no hostile dinos to steal the offering.
OFFICIAL SERVER TIP.
Have a second trap and second set of offerings ready.
Did it on event 3x taming and needed 2 hunting phases with wild dinos to tame( 145 female )
If you lead a carcho to a area with alot of animals, it will do better. I found out while I was taming mine, he loved equus. Carchos love equus and ovis, so ya...
Eat a rare Flower while it eats so some dinos come
