These guys are extremely annoying, but equip a torch and just start swinging. The fire destroys these guys no problem regardless of level.

Just switch to third person mode (hold select button), and whack at them with any melee weapon. Torch is effective, but does not have the durability for encountering 10 consecutive swarms js

Won't target you on a Spino or frog but they'll try to eat your parasaur!

HOW TO KILL: get a spino and go into standing mode, then just start swiping EVERYTHING

If you find them which you will I recommend a flamethrower it the job perfectly

If you have mamouth in your base you would no longer be bothered by the insect swarm 👍👍
