I tame these with any kind of fertilized wyvern eggs.

Taming one is hard but a trap will help do a 4 bye 4 fondashen and 2 hiye wall all around this needs to be rock that should do it.

Taming& knock out this give for me .

I heard some people talking about finding them in crystal places and stuff but I found one in water in herbivor Island (the island on the bottom right on the map) and I'm on mobile and I you can tame it with raw meat while its wandering around i was taming the swordfish looking creatures with raw meat to (i think there called ichyo something)but a megalodon came and killed me and I'm lvl 32 and I'm gonna have to get a ton of stuff to build a raft again //ps:I believe they cause a lot of torpor to, hope I can get the spino in between the island small island and the big one // hope this was helpful and ahave a good day

Why is everyone saying that there are no rock drakes the floating islands have them

the best way is to build a trap similar to a reaper one so it cant go into the ground

These guys can be tamed with the new voidwyrm eggs, so tame a few breed em up and assemble your snake army!

When you tame a basilisk don’t forget you can always use all kinds of wyvern eggs

Too long of a process for what it’s worth

Ok couple things.

1 the timer seems to be 4minutes approximately at least when I tamed my last one it was like clockwork on 4 minutes.

2 use a zip line and a ravager make the zip line just out of reach of the basilisk. Just drop eggs down to it. If done right the basilisk can’t spit at you (or won’t spit), but stay aggro.

3 clear the area. Nothing sucks more than having a roll rat or something walk over and start a fight 85% through the tame.

4 you only need hazard helmet to block spit damage. The entire suit is not needed, so just bring like 4 helmets.

5 bring a tank ravager and a partner is recommended. If you are taking hits have your partner swap out with their ravager and go heal. (If you do the zip line part correctly you shouldn’t be getting spit at or hurt)

6 bring extra eggs in case it doesn’t recognize one.

The Basilisk will not attack a Rock Drake, cloaked or not. Just remember to drop the eggs from your inventory, and not your mount's. I tamed a 150 Basilisk on a x4 server with 2 eggs. Dododex says you need 8 on x4.

Ok they don’t spawn there, but what if you could tame them with wyvern eggs??? #Wolfs4Life

u cant feed them magmasaur eggs to tame them☹

The reason there are still basilisks on crystal isles is because there were crystal rock drake but before the map got released they took them of and forgot the basilisk

I just tamed a lvl 6 basilisk with only one rock Drake egg. Please like this is my first time doing this.

Tame these underwater. They won’t aggro and they stay very still. Eat eggs immediately.

You want to run around it in a Drake after dropping an egg, it should shoot 3 balls at you, lose agro do it little taunt thing and then slither over and eat the egg, wait 2.30 mins and repeat. Also if you let it burrow underground the effectiveness will drop along with the taming bar so either keep a spare egg on you or ways keep it's agro.

Does it work if you use rex eggs instead ? If so how many compared to a Rockdrake egg lol I'm on xbox
