For any new players going into Aberration... The Portal is the easiest spawn point yes, there is a good spot for Berry gathering and Stone, Thatch, and Wood. You can tame basis on crystal isle but u need to transfer from abb or gen I would go to gen cause u don’t need hazmat

These guys can bury them selves under ground and from the surface they look like a plant

If you fly all a round a buried one or even touch it with your flyers face you should be fine as long as your flying just don’t walk up to a buried one that won’t end well

On pvp when playing crystal isle just go to Genesis or aberration to grabb eggs

Basilisks are on crystal isles, but yet there aren’t rock drake eggs or Magmasaur eggs I think that ark should make basilisks ALSO tamable with wyvern eggs (my opinion)

I've bow killed these guys at low level. Not as feasible if they are like max level but possible.

Step 1. If planning to kill load up on arrows and cooked meat

Step 3. Wait for it to come in range

Step 3A. You can aggro and lure but much harder

Step 4. shoot the crap out of it until it dies

Step 4A. Eat meat to heal from poison damage as it as a mild AOE

Tried using voidwyrm eggs to tame one on crystal isles.. it ate the eggs but no taming bar. Do vw eggs only work on the G2 map?

If you Play in a Cluster use them for the Manticore in scorched earth. They won't get any torpor cause they are immune against torpor. They also Deal great damage!
