It was like 3 in the morning and I was playing ark. My base is around an area that has a ton of bushes and roll rats around it. One day I was out getting some berries on my parasaur (R.I.P. mittens ๐ญ) and I had seen the weird dirt from it being underground. I just assumed it was a roll rat, I didnโt even see the tail because it was blending in with the leaves behind it. Anyways I went near it to get some more narco berries and suddenly it sprung out of the ground and didnโt look like no roll rat ๐. I thought it was a titanoboa at first that was really chunky, but this mf started spitting poison. It bit my parasaur once. I was so scared, my heart started racing! I didnโt even know there was something like them in the game. So after half a second of thinking, I jumped off my encumbered parasaur and left it ๐ญ๐. I never looked back. I lost a good chunk of narco berries but it was either then berries or me ๐ญ๐๐.

I think you should pick the โportalโ spawn location when Youโre playing on aberration. Itโs so safe and peaceful! Itโs not like a Basilisk wrote this trying to trick people into spawning in the Basilisk den, no noโฆ
By some miracle I tamed one obce, now I can't tame another. Whenever I try my Basilisk knocks me off my saddle, coils around me, and proceeds to taunt the wild Basilisk.
As soon as it erupts from the ground my Basilisk lays his neck on my head, as if to say, "My human." And he won't let me out of that position until the other Basilisk is gone.
I think it started after I told him I needed to find him a girlfriend
