I have noticed a interesting thing that you can do with the Baryonyx. With his jumping ability you are able to make bunnyhopping, if you do this correcly you can boost a lot it's ground speed.

Here is a useless tip baryonyx can be carried by a meglasuarus even though they are the same size

When ur going to get the hunter artifact make sure that u ride one of these a decent to super high level one Bc of it stun attacc underwater u can lure insects into the water parts and Sl4uh73r t1m£

They are awosome! Tame one asap u get its saddle, I will prefer these guys over spino because it's stunning ability. U can literally go inside cave rivers(filled with megapirahnas) and do ur stunning attack to get a crab ton of levels, fish meat and satisfaction. And I will preffer them for the water caves too....

When I thought that I want a creature to explore the ocean, I needed to build a base on the beach, until I tamed this creature it has almost infinite oxygen and it's strong and fast on the land and in the water.

This dino is best for hunter cave

These guys should be ranked #5 best dinos to exist. They are super easy to tame, they're great harvesters and they have great stats! I recommend getting one. This thing will help you with megalodons, alpha raptors, piranhas, etc. They're also really fast in water! They have a special attack that stuns the enemy and gives it TORPOR! These guys are awesome especially in a pack.

Remember: The baryonyx CANNOT swim directly upwards (only at an angle), but it CAN swim directly upwards if you are holding a weapon.

If you're ever stuck under the sea, just grab any weapon from your hotbar and it will go straight up.

If you go to a river with sabertooth salmon and hit one of them they will all come right to you and then if you just use tailspin it's easy fish/ prime fish meat

Amazing Dinos decently easy to tame.Don’t encounter in water they can stun you.Pickable with bird so feel free to just pluck one from the water.anyway their great on land and in water since they have infinite oxygen.They only eat fish meat so watch out for starvation.When they kill wild fish with low hp they gain so much.

I’ve always viewed the baryonyx as a far more agile and flexible alternative to the carnotaurus. The prime use that I have the baryonyx for disposal is cave spelunking (specifically at the lava cave). Their ability to jump, instantly harvest corpses after kills, and semi-decent health make for a quick take-artifact-and-leave mission. Unfortunately, I have lost many lives within that cave for my experiments and chitin trips. There are some stories that will be posted soon in the story section.
