Bolas work on it, I just bola them and beat them with the club, don't bother trying to get fish with food in its inventory unless you have a ton of fish in it,or there's plenty in the area, "untames" too quickly.

Heres how i tamed mah bary he was stuck in the water and couldnt get on land soooooooo easy tame for me

Get on a birb that flies and then shoot the bary from the skies (if you wanna tame it get tranq arrows or darts)

Its super good and I love it

Its narcotics are good I love how it knock out animals

Easy to tame clip it with tranq arrows like 5 to 10 times

Thought it was a para so I didn’t pay much attention (I’m a nub) until it was on top of me but one tranq arrow was all it took.

Its doesn’t say, but they can be picked up by an argie.

idk why everyone is saying it takes 10 tranq arrows i had 25 and hit all 25 with a cross bow and he didn’t even fall unconscious

One time I tried to tame the bary with prime 🥩

I tamed it with a friend of mine. I was with the argy, picked it up and he couldn't bite me and my friend shot at him. Hope you think this tip is useful 🙂

When u tame a high lvl bary then you want to have as much effieciency as possible... so u need kibble.. however if u cant get a kibble feed bary fish but the taming effienciency will be quite low..reeeeaaallly low like maybe 10% effectiveness.. goodluck taming that beast

If you have access to them, get bolas and then hit it with a bat (at the tail, preferably). The reason you don’t want to attack from the front is they can fight back at the front, no exceptions. Usually you can hit them enough times that if the bola wears off, you will have scared the Baryonyx into trying to flee anyways, although possibly 35% of the time you can knock them out before that happens. But before doing any of these bring at least 3 stacks of 40 fish meat, as despite being carnivores, Baryonyx will strictly only eat fish during the taming process. Hopefully this helps

I live near the swamp I just found one and lured near my base on a pterodactyl I wouldn’t use an argh for its speed when it got close enough I started shooting it with tranq arrows it took about 3 but it was level 4.
