First bola this guy, makes it really easy, than grab your friend. One bola the baryonyx, the other start shooting tranq arrows. Once it starts chasing someone, the other person starts shooting, until the baryonyx changes who it attacks. Repeat.

Useful way to get one. Build a tameing pen. Get a buddy who has an Argy(the big birds by the mountens) pick up the baryonx drop him in the pen then knock it out and tame. Note they only eat fish.

Pro tip: if you ever need chitin. Use baryonyx in the swamp and go all in on leech. Baryonyx won't trigger them unless you don't kill the one you're attacking and it also harvests everything without having the need to harvest the body after its dead. Got about 1000 chitin just from killing about 20-30 leech

Pick 1 up with an Argy that u want to Tame take it back to base and drop it in a Taming pen than KO. They spawn near Swamps the most but also can find them in any water.

When youve sacrificed two birds to find it because they dont want to spawn when you actually need them to.They have high torporcompared to other big dinos though not hard to tame if youve the prime fish from sabretooth salmon.

A Juvenile Baryonyx won't eat meat off of troughs. Instead it will just kill itself.

You can pick it up with a argentavis

Found only in the swamp area basically. Press fast to run away after being shot but will run to you and bite you. Keep spike walls to lock you and it in a safe tame area and against a wall

Can apparently be picked up by an argy. (I'd make sure your argy has high health/stamina)

Lots spawn along the river between the top two islands on the center.

Do not try and follow it in the water and try to KO it it can swim fast and stun you my method is to bola it on land

With six air-conditioning systems, the hatching works

Use raw prime fish its the best got my first one tonight

Mate a raptor and Kapro basically you will get this

3x speed only needed 15 cooked prime fish meat and 0 (zero) narcotics!

A nice and easy tame that's definitely worth it! I suggest looking in the swamp for em.

Bring like double the fish meat and way more narcotics
