This thing is the king of the water in sotf if you can tame it. It might save you pulse They can put run almost every thing.

I hate these so much they are so annoying

I was taming a spino, it was at 83% then I went into the water to get some more fish then the next thing I know I was being attacked then died, and I lost the spino. But I went back and tamed the Baryonyx. I was leveling up my sarco on the other side of the island(just got it tamed) then all of a sudden the (wild) baryonyx is fighting my sarco, my sarco died with the baryonyx at 98 health out of 440.

Always remember to carry 8-10 bolas with you at all times. It will save your life.

This creature can grab you off even your biggest mounts, lost blue mutated rex after being riped off in he middle of swamp

I once saw a baryonix and I tried to tame it but it killed me so I killed it

As someone who breeds Barys, just because you're on land does not mean you're safe. When jumping out of the water the Bary (wild only) can still do the stun attack, so for you Ragnarok dwellers don't be like me and try to kill it with lightning wyvern... It dismounts you and wyvern attack kills you, your shoulder pet, and your gear...

So they aren’t as scary as they seem, my lvl 91 parasaur easily killed it without my help, it was a little lower lvl one however🤔

RUN OR BEAR TRAP ( Large only)

If seen in Ragnarok, dip your toes in the water to get agro and hop on your bird and fly inland a bit away fron water. Then you can eat em up without being stunned. No more dead birds!

I've got a level 201 baryonyx and I used bolas and plenty of tranqz darts and prime fish meat easy peasy after I'd killing me and my tame 10 mins before

Attack them on land if you don’t want them to do the tail spin and knock you off your mount and stun you and possibly your mount
