Taming & KO Tips
How do I tame a astrodelphis? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a astrodelphis.
They can damage stone structures if you're trying to trap and tame but the amount of damage they do is small. I believe a 140 I was taming on official PvE did 10 damage per attack. To get 100% taming effectiveness, space your petting and feeding 10-15 seconds apart from each other. Got 69 levels for a 140. 209 tame.
It's is a passive tame you have to pet it then feed it element.
If you trap a dolphin in some stone gateways, you can stand and feed it and pet it without it swatting you away.
DON'T TAME!
There is a horrible bug with the saddle that causes players to be randomly dismounted and fall to their death or die from PVP.
Developers are too lazy to fix this. It's broken and you shouldn't waste your time
Up so new people can see 👍🏼
The loved dolphin is a passive tame but its a rather hard one. You have to pet it 3 times (that im aware) and then feed it an element but carefull they are now as cute as you think they are they actually attack you but if you pet it 3 times and feed it the element it will just run away. Note that the taming gets higher by each time.
If you need to keep it in one place you can use dinos to trap it. Dinoes swim in space like they do in water so create cage of dinosaurs ( make sure they are big, heavy and have a lot of health because the astrodelphis
will attack your dinos ) then leave a gap for the astrodelphis to get in. Make sure all of your dinos are on passive and lead an astrodelphis in the cage by getting it's aggro. Once you have trapped it the astrodelphis will not be able to escape unless it kills or moves your dinos out of the way.
To the one who said tame it like a crystal wyvern:
You absolute hecking idiot, you kidnap their kids.
Dolphins are not wat they say they are-
In reality dolphins are only nice to humans- they will beat the crap out of a baby shark, and play volley ball with its corpse, and it’s sad, because we all [most of us] love this cute creature, ^ this if you wish dolphins weren’t so mean to other creatures. :(
Can't wait for this creature.
