Use a skif and attach a cannon to the end of it and do only headshots (less likely to teleport when trying to tame)

What you want to do is have three cannons on a tek skiff and one person to shoot the creature with a low damage long neck when it aggros you w8 for the perfect shot and hit it with all three cannons but one after the other to avoid damage overlap and it should knockout if it doesn't be carrying rockets to finish it off it works like golems once you have it out it take extraordinary kibble and or meat/mutton once it tame have your fun leveling bases
