For those who like pretty colours on their tames, lost island lava biome spawns bright red almost phoenix like argy’s

Imagine it could have a wing attack where it sends blades flying multiple times for each attack

you don't need trap just tranq arrows and meat

I thing that all flyers should be able to glide don’t you???

First I recommend tranq arrows not darts

2.knock out

3.don’t use meat use fish or prime meat

4. Boom tamed a great flyer

You knock it out then put meat in it. :^

Take a couple tranq arrows and hit it a couple times but be ready they attack

When it starts to fly away hit it a couple more times

Then put a couple meat stacks in the invo and bio toxin

Then you have a a Argentavis

The thing I found easiest is to use a distraction dino, such as a few dodos, and just set them in front of you so the agrent will agro on it for a moment. Maybe not long, but it did long enough for me to be able to knock it out

Not the best tame to kill and gather meat with, however, an argy's carry weight helps a ton with gathering and also carrying many other dinos.

Well from what I've learned when taming an argy is

That a trap works best for me captain fat dog's argy trap works best(captain fat dog is a youtubers if you didn't know) I usually use a crossbow and tranq arrows

But I've killed many high level argy cause the cross bow does way too much damage and not alot of torpor

So I use tranq darts and long neck and no wonder the tranq darts unlock on the same level as the argy saddle

My first flyer was the Argy. They’re literally just a flying smithing table.

How to level your argy (MOBILE)

When you get on you most likely have the

(Knowledge of you forebears) pursuit well you can open explorer notes while on an argy so…use this!!

Fly near a note then tap it get close though waiting for the pursuit to come back up is boring so exit out of the game then back on and go to pursuits it will be right there keep doing this to level up good luck

uhm i was taming a argy then i was freezing so i went home to get a torch and when it was morning i got back there and i didn’t see my argy so i tamed another one and i tamed it so i whistle all follow and it said 3 creatures heard your whistle i got confused and i was going home and i saw the argy that i was taming before and now i have 2 argys

Btw what is the easiest way to get argentavis saddles in mobile? Im to lazy to grind i lost my pteranodon also so i got an argy i dont have my pteras implant and i dont have enough amber

Using a dino to distract the argy is better than wasting resources, things you need will be a tanky dino [on passive] some prime, 30-50 tranq arrows, and a crossbow and wait, i recognize using so narcotics to be safe. I got 12 argy that way including 2 raven/crow colored and 2 chickens. I reccomend using a dino trap on the argys in a group cuz they may kill your tame. Thats a taming tip, enjoy :)

Lately I have tamed a male argy up on the mountains but when It was at my base it was not producing eggs so if you want one you should get a female so that the eggs start to produce faster not sure that’s how it’s intended to work but it ALWAYS works for me mate so enjoy this usefull tip

With my squad of 5 Argys, while it wasnt the most o could bring back, i brought back over 1k metal,with some obsidian and crystal to boot! Super useful all around

Step 1:tame a flyer that you’re willing to sacrifice

Step 2:find an argentavis to tame I recommend going to the frozen tooth but bring campfires

Step 3:get the argies’ attention with the sacrificial tame

Step 4: land at your preferred taming spot

Step 5:get away from the tame and let the argy start killing it whilst you shoot it with darts or tranq arrows

Step 6:put its kibble or meat in its inventory

Step 7:you will now have an ARGENTAVIS!!!!

Shoot with a tranq arrow and dodge its incoming attack. 3 tranqs from a primitive x-bow koed a level 7. Hope this helps!

i was able to knock one out with about 3 toxicant arrows then just built walls around it to rpotect it while taming i prefer using a bow rather than crossbow since it has a fast reload.
