Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a archelon? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a archelon.
A level 55 took roughly 5 and a level 90 took about 8 ish at 30 to 40 second intervals with superior kibble.
with further testing you can also get a ai bug out by sitting on both left and right rear fins only for 15 seconds so not worth much
Traditional passive tame process.
I used Exceptional Kibble to tame two, even though the Wiki says Superior Kibble. Save yourself time and effectiveness by using kibble instead of bio toxin.

Easiest way to tame, go under the flying island on the center, they are normally on the sides on land and are super easy to trap and tame, no need to tame in water, tamed two this way super easy!
Tame with exceptional kibble or superior and raise feeding the babies biotaxin in the water!!
I tamed a level 25 with like, 6 biotixin
Step one: Find an Archelon
Step two: Stand on it and feed it whenever it’s hungry
Step three: It’s yours after a few feedings
By far one of the easiest creatures to tame imo
1. Find with Gene Scanner
2. Kill hoard of sharks
3. Drop overweight meat from said hoard
4. Tap a bite on the Archelon’s fin
5. Kite to shore
6. Feed
7. Kite
8. Feed
9. Take home
10. Take gf out for dinner; you win
Do you absolutely despise Cnidaria? Do you wanna tame a Basilo but also don’t wanna to have to deal with the mantas that follow? Then the Archelon is the tame you need! It’s a passive tame and takes biotoxin,so you’ll have to commit murder against some Cnidaria. Keep your distance and keep feeding it biotoxin, and you’ll have yourself an Archelon in no time! It doesn’t exactly hit the hardest but it does have a ton of HP. Plus it can’t be stunned by Cnidaria and gets a buff like the Megatherium after killing Cnidarias as well as gathering more biotoxin.
Wait until they are on land and feed them bio toxin easier to ride on top of them
one kibble yields 10.8% of taming on a level 150 archelon. this means you won’t need more than ten kibble for any level. this creature also eats biotoxin at a lower taming rate, yet it is still effective!
Use a Baryonyx, use the gene scanner to locate them and kill the low level ones until a high level one spawns. A Baryonyx is also very good for killing other things attacking the archelon including the Cnidaria if you can handle doing a tail Whip at just the right time and it's at an ok time such that if it fails and your kicked off for while the baryonyx unstuns and kills them. Pull the high level ones on to land. On the centre there are small island with nothing them. Set the baryonyx on passive and low follow. The archelon will want to attack the baryonyx and will chase it. Now run around positioning your self behind it and to one side so it's constantly turning while chasing the baryonyx. Because of it large slow turning rate it won't catch up with the baryonyx and you will run have it running in circles in a safe spot while you run along side it taming it. If it hits the baryonyx it won't affect the tame. Just don't hit it back.
Taming:
Passive Tame. Just feed it.
Don’t waste your time with Toxine.
Use Kibbles, save yourself a bit time and tame effectivness.
After Taming:
Make a ascendant saddle could be pain in the *ss.
No workbench can Hold the Ressources, you need, to craft this expensive saddle.. even a 3,3k weight Argy can‘t help you out.
A Replicator seems to be the only way so far.
Thx to Wildcard again for releasing again mediumrare shit.
They still rushing through their Roadmap.
100% Quantity instead Quality.
