These are surprisingly easy to find on herbivore island I have found multiple so far.

Don’t start feed it narcs immediately. Wait until it’s at about 300 torpidity and then feed it every time it gets down to 300 again. You could probably wait even longer, but it may be a little risky. Doing this will save you a ton of narcs and make you lose less taming efficiency.

Herbivore island has a ton of these u shoot with tranqs and move backwards no carnivore live there so tame it and get metal

Chunky boi that will come at you like a wreking ball

If playing on the island go to the herbivore island by raft then find one make sure there are no others around then shoot it with tranq bc they are really slow

Fastest way to tame

Knock out: ankylo.

Keep unconscious: ankylo.

Give ankylo: berries.

And BOOM! You have ankylo.

I just wanted you to wait for the food to drain so it is tamed quickly

If you are playing with someone and want to tame and anky, follow these steps and I think you & your buddy will get an anky. Step 1: Get any weapon that can shoot tranq darts/arrows. Step 2: Get any flyer that is able to pick the anky like a quetzal. Step 3: Grab the anky with the arge or have your friend do it. Step 4: Very carefully shoot the anky with the tranq darts/arrows. Step 5: once the anky is 1 tranq dart/arrow away from being knock out, put the anky down and shoot it with the last tranq dart/arrow so that if you didn't drop it it doesn't fall and possibly die if it's weak. So just have a quetzal and ankylo, then make ankylo get metal and when encumbered, move him to next metal ore with quetzal and break again, because with breaking, u can get as much metal as you want in ankylos inventory unlike just putting it in, putting in has limit, so u can have like 5k metal with an quetzal and ankylo.

Dude whenever I see these I don’t have tranqs or a raptor pulls a nope jump.

I mostly find in snowy place do tri ting tame

They might be hard-ish to tame but its mega worth it

If you need to get metal while being a low level or not having a anky mine river rocks it has a bigger chance of getting metal than rocks

Ankylos will get more metal per hit if you have a 100% imprint on it

Use these for getting berries,really they can harvest like 100 at a time. Just tamed one with rock carrots and you’ll have a harvesting machine

It says that the pickaxe is better for harvesting crystal but Anklyo with high melee will collect crap tons more, use an Argy to reduce weight and carry Anklyo.

to ank dont lvl up more than 60 lvl on damage it will make him take less metal.

Killer Spyglass Glitch for Ark: Mobile (idk if it works for ASE/A)

1. Grab slow-attacking (optional) MOUNTABLE (if u need a saddle it doesn't affect anything) i.e Ankylosaurus, Brontosaurus

2. Get Spyglass, pretty easy to do

3. Whip out said spyglass

4. Mount on decided creature

5. Hit M1/RB/Tap to attack, and as soon as you can press "aim." Do, it will bug the attack I-frames to attack every tick instead of once. You can do >900 dps to 5k< dps with an anky

(Note, it's just a melee enhancer, not some invisible ranged magic doohickey)
