It’s very easy to tame a bunch of these fast and make a anklo army I have 52 #lag

I would let its hunger drian but keep nicotics to make it more dressy so it doesn't wake and when it hungry feed it it will make taming proces high

What I did to tame an ankylosaurus on scorched earth was get up on a rock a check for dinos, ankylosaurusus are perfect because they are small and not to fast just in case you fall of the rock

Just tranq and walk backwards shouldn’t need to trap as long as you you have one or two points in movement

These are easy 2 encounter on herbivore island if u want to find one fast go 2 herbivore island they easy 2 take down i suggest getting onto a rock the trank them the torpidy goes down suprisenly slow

For those that are new, like me, I found that, at least in single player, the easiest way o find these guys was on herbivore island. Right off the south zone 3 spawn.

Also suggest going here early for the abundance of stegos, trikes, psteradons, etc.

So easy tame get a crossbow and 1 to 100 tranqs and find it then knock out and feed berries easy

These guys are slow like REALLY slow even walking outruns them just make sure to bring some narcotics and some tranqs and your set.

These things literally swim faster than they run… and they’re not very good swimmers… so if you plan on using one to collect metal, carry it with an argy or something otherwise it’ll take you forever to get to the mountain and back, plus if you run into a giga then there’s no way for you to escape without losing you anky

It will spawn usually in red wood

You can usually find a male and female one on herbivore island. Just fly over there, or use a boat. If you use a boat, beware of the giant fish. They really like those

They are very good for harvesting metal. I usually sail to herb island, tame one there, harvest all the metal, then sail home.

Need to have metal gatherer

1. Tame an Argentavis

2. Tame an Anky

3. Now you have a transportable metal gatherer to bring back and forth from metal nodes and your base

Only level weight

Anky+argy=unlimited metal. Level up melee on anky and weight on argy. Carry anky with argy and smash gold looking rocks.

These things are great for getting metal, but I recommend carrying them with an argy that has lots of weight so that you can bring it to the far away areas that have a lot of metal rocks.

It's fairly easy to tame on the scorched earth map, as you just need to keep backing up while throwing a boomerang. However, watch out for the rocks. I suggest heading over to the mid-zones due to the fact that there is less threats mid-zone one.
