Me, and my tribemate just tamed two Ankys today. They were mates, and they were beautiful. They had amazing stats. We tamed both and they helped us so much. We were out farming metal. I was gathering hide to make a apprentice saddle, and my friend had already made one, a primitive. As we were gathering, he was riding with the female, and they were collecting enormous amount of metal. He accidentally hit a super turkey. She died defending us, in her last stand. It was her time. She has been buried with a proper grave. Her husband is still alive. We miss her. Thank you. This is my commemoration.

Chapter five.

“Can I ride Jay? Pls? Pretty pretty pls?” Jaquin begged. They were headed to ‘make friends’ and Jay (who was the favorite sibling to Josephina and Jaquin) was letting Josephina ride piggyback on him. “In a minute.” Jay said “You'll get you’re turn.” “But I want it now!” Jaquin complained. “You can ride on my back.” Jay volunteered. Jaquin frowned. “NO! I want to ride on JAY!!” He cried. Jack sighed and rolled his eyes. “Whatever.” Jack grunted. Jay let Josephina down and he hoisted Jaquin on him. “Yippee!” Jaquin said happily. Emma took her little sister’s hand. “You’re gonna break you’re back one day Jay.” She remarked, watching him. Jay shrugged. Finally they came to the town square were most the kids hung out when they weren’t doing school. The Petersons kids stood there awkwardly. “Well this os awkward.” Jack said. Jay smirked. “You think?” Emma straitened her back. “We’ll, let’s make it less awkward.” She said. Just then a small boy with brown hair and bright green eyes ran by clutching a teddy squirrel to his chest. He came to a abrupt halt in front of them. “Who are you?” He asked. A girl about Jack and Jay’s age(maybe a bit younger) ran up “Justin! No need to be rude!” She scolded. She turned to them and stuck out her hand politely for them to shake. “Hi, I’m Elizabeth Bickleshoot, and that (she motioned to her brother) is my brother Justin Buckleshoot.” Justin waved. Jay let Jaquin slide from his back. “This is Steve!” Justin said holding the squirrel out for them to look at. Emma and the boys nodded politely. “Wait, so you’re father is Aaron Buckleshoot.” Jack asked. Elizabeth laughed. “No silly, he’s my GRANDFATHER.” Jack turned red. “Sorry.” He mumbled. “You want me to show y’all around?” Elizabeth asked. They nodded. Josephina and Jaquin went of to play with Justin who was their age while Elizabeth introduced Emma, Jack and Jay to the other older kids. First she introduced them to a tall boy with sandy brown hair and brown eyes. “Hi I’m Andrew Rodrigaz.” He said, shaking their hands. Emma, Jack and Jay told him their names. “I’m nineteen.” Andrew said. “Like we need to know that.” Jay muttered rather loudly. Andrew blushed. Emma glared at them. “WELL, some people are informative.” Emma said. “BE NICE, we’re making friends.” She then turned to Andrew and smiled. “Nice. So am I!” She said. Andrew smiled. Emma blushed. Jack cleared his throat. “You know she is ONLY nineteen.” Jack said. Now it was Andrew who blushed. After that Elizabeth introduced them to her cousins Aaron Jr. and Olivia, a girl named Emilia Bolton, and Rachelle Cobraz who was the daughter of one of the peacekeepers.

Once when I first started playing ark I had been stung by some scorpions, I was running and passed out, I was fuming I was going to loose all my gear and all the metal I had just gathered, I could hear something going on, the scorpions were fighting, but I wasn’t getting hurt, when I awoke, the bodies of ten scorpions lay near by, and that’s when I saw him, a Dino I to this day call my friend, a bloodied level 4 anklyo had put himself before me in my defense, he didn’t even leave, I couldn’t tame him yet I knew he would die if I tried to trank him, so as he just wandered around the area I made a small camp, right before I was going to tame him a carno came out of no where and attacked him, there was no way I could make it to him in time, but then as if sent from god himself a diplodocus strikes me from behind hurling me at the carno, I slaughtered it, and half an hour later I rode home upon Baloo the anklyo, he is my oldest Dino, and has farmed over 1 mil metal for me, I have since retired him after building a massive pen for him, I no longer burden him beneath the crushing weight of stone but laden with mejoberries, he has sired 120ish ankys and lives with the Dino’s I have chosen to guard him (two tickle chickens, reaper and stalker, 10 raptors, a carch named Jack the Ripper, and a giga named uh nvm what the giga is named)

I’m taming a lvl 60 anky. Female red. I made a whole trap to knock it out. I hit it it follows me and stops over and over again. Then I accidentally knock it put . I made trap cuz I’m in swamp and don’t want no sarcos and such eating it. So wish me luck. One up= good luck. First anky.

“The Kong Estate?” Buddy asked scornfully. “Yes! They are Gigantapithecus outcasts. They are a danger to my kingdom. I need you to infiltrate them from the inside. They live in a heavily guarded Mansion, on Allosaurus mountain which is not to far from here!” Ember said. “What would I get in return?” Buddy asked suspiciously. “Anything you want!” Ember said. “My memory, my freedom, and the freedom of all the other prisoners.” Buddy said. “Uh— except that!” Ember said. “Well than…I guess you don’t need my help…Mr. Black.” Buddy said while standing up. “Wait! Fine, I will try to get your memory back, you will be free from my captivity, and all the other prisoners will be free. But the other prisoners will help infiltrate The Kong Estate.” Ember said. Buddy thought for a moment. “Fine I’ll do it.” Buddy said.

I had an Ankylo named Anky. (My tribe mate named him.) We were out getting metal so everyone in our tribe could get a pistol. We were getting metal easily, when suddenly 4 raptors and an alpha raptor attacked us from behind. He provided a distraction for me to escape. I escaped, but Anky didn't make it. He is honered by my tribe for saving me and providing us with metal and companionship.

Well for about 2-3 years me and my friends have been calling the Anky Metal Slut, might not be child friendly but if you get a chance Use this name on old ankys or even your best one, just to keep the name around, sadly I don’t play ark anymore because most of my friends are older and are adults and even have kids so I would just like to pass down this name for future ark players and bring some joy and laughs back to the community, Love ya ark players have a time playing hope genesis 2 is treating you well, have fun now while you can not every ark Tribe lasts that long !

The Obelisk

-Chapter 6-

Two days ago, Forest snuck out.

Before his family woke up. He had climbed to the high caves where the basilisk found him, and just kept going up.

He climbed and climbed and squeezed through tight gaps in the stone walls. He ran into a few startled, lost dinosaurs along the way, but they didn’t stick around long enough to talk.

Forest was now panting, climbing around a small underground river. Sharp stalagmites and stalactites scraped against his scales, and he pushed passed them.

This cave could go on forever. What if there isn’t really an outside world? He’d never gone to the surface, but he had heard the stories. Was it really real?

More hours passed, and Forest feared he’d never find his way back again. There must have been some way out…

Something above him brushed over his head. He wrinkled his snout. What the—

Swwwiishhhhhhiishwwwwiish…

Whhhheeeewshhhh…

Was that… wind?

Forest lifted his head, tasting the air with his tongue. He tipped his head to the side, feeling the currents. He only felt wind once, when him and his sisters had felt a large bat fly over them. But this was nothing like wing beats. This was so… forceful.

Forest climbed higher, following where the wind came from. Soon he found it.

A small gap in the wall. Covered in moss and half filled with climbing ivy, sharp gusts of air blasting him in the face. New smells flooded his nose, potent smells like salt water and carcass stench. Some of it he couldn’t decipher… smells so sweet he gasped at the feeling.

Forest clawed at the vines, pulling away the greenery. He gouged out loose rocks and stalagmites until the gap was large enough for him to fit through.

Forest squished through, his tail accidentally thumping the hole. He pushed through and stumbled out.

Woah.

Jerry (the main character) wanted to get off those pillars more than anything, but his friend had saved his life, so he stayed put.

He could hear something massive slowly approaching, he asked "was this supposed to happen" and the man reassured him that all was fine. Soon he saw a giant head starting to come out of the trees. For a moment, everything fell silent, and then the creature roared, as it ran out into the open. It snapped at Jerry as he slid down the pillars and ran for his life. What he heard his friend say terrified him, "wait, that's not a Rex, it's an allo, and they only come in packs...."

I lost my level 42 ankylo "tank" because of manta's long story short i was swimming to the other side of the lake where i live because my 2 dons and i got attacked by 2 manta's and then tank went into the water but my lv 5 rex rib cage killed them both and i was stupid and didn't do a head count and then it said tour tank drowned 🥺and i literally was Bawling my eyes out fot literally like 30 minutes and then that night i thot of tank and i cryed again i never let my dinos in the water again and now my Brusa is my killer kylo she is lv 11 and i only upgraded her melee damage please like for tank 🥺 never let your ankylos in the water they will die
