Yup....tried slapping it when I saw it for the first time, didn't know what it was.....

I found 2 ammonites and I didn’t attack but then my basilo got attack instead of my ictho and I got scared because i just tamed a basilo I was scared so I swam away

Make sure that your not near any other Marine life because they will kill you if you arnt near anything kill it because you will get a lot of goodies from them

I have a high level Baryonix and it can easily kill mosas so I recommend you get one of those first.

When fighting these in a ocean or place with megladons or other stuff dont go alone. Trust

No where is safe not even land was attack by literally everything

They dont fight Back themselves but everithing around you ist going to Attack you!

Percy again, hi there is not a lot about ammonite they are not tameble and they are very dangerous they will summon the ocean to there aid

I would recommend running away from this creature but if you have to fight it try and kill it in the first shot otherwise u are sooooooooooo dead -Big Bill

Do not go near these guys unless you have a really good under water tame or at least don’t hit them you will totally die if you do

Whatever you do don’t punch it, unless you want to be mobbed by angry rioters we know very well as… anything really, I punched one once for fun, swam to the surface with my ichthy, I was like 😆 and then I suddenly got stormed by who? Pelegornises who took free diving lessons, so they went to the water, and followed me to the deepest part, and then they drowned, don’t get on their bad side. Because pelagornises are aggressive when you attack a ammonite ☹️

As these creatures seem non deadly they release pheromones that call the ocean so it's being a scary catcall its friends this is a good way to find certain animals and get the to swim to you if you have god console on ark mobile not sure if its available on pc or console but if you do turn on invulnerable. if you dont good luck or have a strong water tame with you good luck peeps.

using a knife and cut he's tentacle he will not attack you anymore and have a chances to kill it
