Hey everyone, let’s go I finished it! I’ve been slacking off recently the past few weeks, so I’m gonna pick up the pace. Why? I don’t know, but I’ve felt like the ending of this story I wish to create is getting closer and closer to completion. I can see it right here and now. And it’s beautiful.
Plus, I’m excited about all these new characters that are yet to be introduced :) Cornballs, chefs, adventurers, and bad guys are waiting to be introduced.
And Valentine’s Day is coming up, so I’m probably going to focus on finishing that special chapter before going to Chapter 24. It’s probably going to be soft-canon (it’s not really in the timeline), but hey it’ll be fun to read anyway.
Enough about me, SunnyFox I wouldn’t really say Shadow Phoenix is boring right now! Just because there isn’t much action going on doesn’t really mean anything. I would say it has the same pacing as Tortuga (that’s a good thing!). Also when I talk about Tom recognizing Josephina, I’m talking about his lover (whoever that could be, considering she’s blonde! That’s why he’d even take care of the two anyway). Also Mrs. Lois is a traitor?!?! 😯 What in the world could she have done?? Something to do with Joe’s blindness?? And Hawkthorne too apparently? And now that you mention it again yeah now I remember Andrew’s father is a doctor, that’s how Andrew was able to help Emma’s wound after that dang old bat Hawkthorne hit her!
And Chapter 7, I wonder why Cole and Leah’s parents are skeptical of the Riddles. It’s probably because of the medallions, but how would they even know about that? Unless they knew each other in the past! Well yeah, I guess that’s it, but thinking bout it now. If the medallions are made of element, or have element in them, where would they even get that from? Element was purged from the planet after the Arks landed. The only way they could have gotten element is if one of their ancestors was on the Arks itself… Or something, like that idk. But this is all interesting, all very very interesting.
And for one final wonder, I’m wondering if we will ever meet anyone who has a specimen implant. We know for a fact that people with the implants can get together and make babies, or whatever (as evident in the Scorched Earth explorer notes), but would they carry implants too? I don’t think it was ever mentioned.

Well well well, guess you’ve got quite a bit figured out, huh SunnyFox. I guess ill spill the beans for some of the characters. Paige is someone in the Achatina section named PastelGothPower. She was pretty active in the earlier days of The Obelisk and I remember her last message being at least November. Skyler should be Moon’s Biggest Fan, I think her last messages were around summer. And finally, a few extra references that may have been missed. That big muscular Raptor that guarded the house was a reference to SpecialRaptor, and the snails that Chris and Paige were watching over were Achatina. Obv a ref to Achatina Section, and how were here LOL. And is Star Nova? Who knows. Well I know. But I aint telling you. Sorry. You just gotta wait and find out. But perhaps, you’ll find more concrete evidence to support this claim?
Sand, an ark broadcast sounds cool (although I have no idea what type of ark stuff you’d talk about), perhaps you can start it in Ferox, where your story started, that would be kinda cool. Well I’ll be waiting. Oh and RIP your otter, unless theyre not dead and just lost.
And finally, time to talk about Shadow Phoenix. Still a little surprised so many chapters are already out. And nyah hah hah, Arks Over Heaven was mentioned by Tom! Also it’s pretty cool he likes adventure and romance too, those are my favorite genres as well. And now that I think about it, Tom has a medallion too because he’s Aragorn’s brother, huh? Wonder what his is. And also the medallions are made of element? Even more interesting. Hmm, I guess now that I think about it, this Krakos thing, could Aragorn or Tom turn into it?
Chapter 5, Aragorn and Arianna’s bickering is always so funny! Also guess they got the peace treaty down… wondering when they’re going to get all sappy and stuff. Also, Aragorn referred to Arianna as MRS. Hmm, what could that mean?

OH yeah btw Chapter 22 of Arks Over Heaven is released in Giant Bee, and I’d say it gets really interesting around the end.
WAIT A SECOND! BEN, I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING!! IS NOVA STAR?! Nova was Samuel’s best friend and Nova didn’t like Aurora and Star is very protective of Samuel and won’t let Aurora near him. It’s just a theory of course but as I was wondering.,..is it Nova?

Ben’s here for another message. If you’re wondering, Chapter 21 is already finished, but I’m releasing it tomorrow because I love doing that. It’s very lengthy, so I’m probably going to have to split it into more than two parts, perhaps three or even four. It is 2,740 words in total (that is 8 pages for me), so…

Anyway, SunnyFox I’m super surprised you were able to release Shadow Phoenix so fast! You probably have it all planned out already, huh? Or at least the main premise… But I’m glad it’s an Aragorn-Arianna-Tom prequel! We get to see these characters breathe again and HANG out! (HAHA). I am so cruel. These people just died and I’m joking about them! Well, anyway, if I remember correctly, Cole is one of the band members/friends of Aragorn. Also, interesting, Aragorn’s real name isn’t Aragorn but James. Perhaps he calls himself Aragorn to relieve his past?
Also hold on a moment, isn’t Peter a baker who married into the Buckleshoot family? I don’t know if they’re the same person or you ran out of names, but that name felt familiar to me…
Also ha ha! Arianna is just as Aragorn described back then! It’s a little funny to me, kind of like an enemies to lovers sorta thing. Also Tom seems really chill, I feel bad that he turned out to be a ‘villain’ (even though it doesn’t seem like he’s done anything bad). Also Tom is not a very good hider, huh? That’s kinda cute. Hmm, I’m wondering who Tom would fall for. But I cannot think of a potential answer.

And GhostGamer I read Chapter 19… HOLY MOLY WHAT A PLOT TWIST ROCKWELL IS HERE! I guess he’s escaped Aberration Ark and headed off some other ark? Or maybe it doesn't follow the lore of the original, considering it has the Broodgenetrix in here. And uh oh, the Megapithecus! Well, he is the weakest boss in Ark, according to health, hopefully the Kongs and everyone else can fight them off, since we know who the real enemy is…

PS: I think we should just call ourselves “Snail Writers” or something simple like that. But hey, I don’t really care what we name ourselves.
I think even if the arks do fix the tidal lock they could still do a forever dark and frozen map and just say “it will take time for the earths rotation to repair” I really hope so or at least it has a much longer night, and even if the tidal lock is fixed it would still be frozen and bioluminescent with blind creatures, imagine a creature kinda like Minecraft’s warden that senses vibrations and you have the silently sneak up to it to tame it, and it’s got bioluminescent glow that pulses blue if it hears something and red if it’s attacking… man.. we should really stop theorizing about this because now nomatter what wildcard will do it’ll look pale in comparison 😂
