I’m glad you enjoyed what I currently released for Ultimus!!! And to answer two of your questions (I will not answer question 2).

1. Hunter’s research was the simulation research on what creatures best worked in the simulation with humans. Which turned out to be dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.

2. Most of the characters I’ve picked that are in the crossover and are not in Ultimus currently are characters that are coming into Ultimus in the future. Ultimus is my only human POV story I written so far.

And I very much agree with you about ignoring the haters that are currently out and about. And yeah, they’ve been going after most of the Achatina stories.

Ahh thats cool Sunny but 5, 50, and 100 are REALLY bad on the ELO range, like ultra noob level, but from the descriptions it seems Jack would be at the 300-400 range, Jay would be at the 1000-1200 range, and Aragorn in the 1500-1600 range. And i think its kinda cool because Aragorn basically taught Jack and Jay how to play.

I was wondering out of curiosity, but also because Samuel and in TAOH has also played chess numerous times. He finds it deelevates his stress because its based completely off details, strategy, and planning ahead (something hes good at), i thought itd be interesting if Samuel or any of the aforementioned had a chess match.

Ben, Jack’s ELO rating is probably like five. He isn’t really good at strategy games or any types of strategy.

Jay’s ELO rating is probably fifty. He’s great at strategy and beats Jack in almost every game.

Aragorn’s ELO rating is probably one hundred. He used to spend a lot of time playing chess by himself because he was so good and nobody wanted to play with him. Although technically he was cheating bc he knew what move his shadow was going to make.

Chapter four will come out sometime soon. I’m almost done with it.

Anyway, I really liked the newest Ultimus chapter PrimalApex! I bet that weird noise was a corrupted creature at Arat Prime. And I really liked the small detail of night not coming because the rotation of Earth stopped in Extinction. And oooh, Andrews going to Sanctuary! This is gonna be interesting.

Sandmaster I really liked chapter 3 of ATLWCS! And Andrew is back! That makes 3 Andrews! Anyway, really cool chapter i cant wait for what happens next! Hopefully Artois doesnt get too mad Andrew knocked out one of his guards.

Apex, Oh ok, I read the prologue and it seemed like it was after the arks landed, that’s fine actually I think my characters in book three are going to get to earth while there are still titans but then towards the end the arks land. So idk if we’ll have a spot for a crossover because you said it’s like 700 years after the genesis ship lands and I think the arks land thousands and thousands of years later. Also, ultimus being a more dark sad type story makes me want to read it more tbh, I was thinking about making a story similar to ultimus a wile ago but I couldn’t think of the plot, I’m definitely gonna read it soon.

if you dont know what that is its basically how good you are at chess

It goes from 0 to 2800 (the highest recorded ELO, this is like #1 player level)

Wyvernian, if you mean that the Ark’s landed and it’s after the events of ‘The One Who Tries Again’ story arc. Sadly No, the story happens a while before The Survivor's story arc and happens during the reign of the King Titan. So I’m not sure if there is a potential for a crossover there, sorry about that. And I’m sorry if I made it sound like it was.

If you do read Ultimus, it starts in Tuso (which it has Prologue and chapter one) and goes through reverse Aquatic, Spino and Shasta. I will warn you that it’s pretty sad and heart wrenching. But if you don’t mind that, it’s there for you to read!!! I hope you enjoy it if you do read it!!!

And I get what you mean about that, it’s kinda intimidating to read a story that’s in those numbers and is still being worked on.

An I have been keeping up, but a lot of them have -1 and it just goes to zero when I like them. And it makes it seem like no one was there.

Apex, wait ultimus is set after the reseed protocol? Ooh… that leaves an opening for a crossover in book three of The Pandora Chronicles.. don’t want to spoil too much about the ending of PoP though, I’td probably be just like my characters see yours at some point or something. Because you’ll probably be done with ultimus by the time I get to book three. Also now I’m interested to start reading ultimus. I want to read Sunny and Ben’s stories as well but honestly it’s really daunting to start reading when there’s already like 50+ chapters.. also your characters for the crossover seem really interesting I’m excited to see how they interact in the story.

Also ya why is the guy freaking out about us talking, people have been using this place to talk since it’s creation it’s not like we are making idle conversation or anything. (When we do it’s very brief and rare) We are talking about our fan fictions which are literally confirmed to be ok, when you write a story tip it says: My story or Fan Fiction. Of course that’s going to have talking come with it, like crossovers and fans/fellow writers asking questions or something giving advice to a newbie writer. It’s normal human behavior to talk, and we literally chose the most useless section on the app, who goes to achitina story section for actual “this happened to me wile playing ark” type tips. I’ll answer, NOBODY the only people who use this section are people who are trying to find fanfics. I don’t understand why people get so annoyed about things that aren’t a bother or anything, it’s like they are just complaining to complain, let me guess now the person is gonna downvote every single thing we say.. JOKES ON YOU WE WANT THEM TO GO AWAY 😂

Ben, I read chapter 3 of The Omega Timeline!!! Oooh!!! It’s gonna be interesting for Samuel and Aurora to see the Dragons talking to them!!! And same with Neddy and Ruby with the Riddles!! That TV’s gonna be a trip for all these characters who don’t know or never seen these things!! I really enjoyed it!!! I can’t wait for the next chapter!!!

1. Yes, he cares deeply for Rue. Hs he said or thought, he thought of her as a sister and felt that she was family to him. And he wanted to always remember her by naming his dog after one of her names she suggested. He decided to go with Reuben because it was extremely close to her name and name suggestion.

2. Yes he knows some Japanese, though it’s only a few phrase and maybe enough for simple dialogue. But he isn’t fluent. He only knows it from watching very old movies. And that one phrase was reference to a movie.
