I’ll go to the underworld biome, doesn’t seem like the underworld if it doesn’t has millions of pegomastax and icthyornis, then it would probably be hell in that biome.

Carrying on from dlc idea number 4, Planet X15

Planet X15’s second region really does look alien, resembling a swamp, but with almost every leaf and planet glowing blue or purple. There are multiple rivers in the swamp, however none of them lead anywhere. The swamp region is very dangerous, full of swamp and cave creatures, as well as the rivers being full of eels and anglers, to make things worse, passive creatures are rare and aggressive creatures dominate the swamp. At the end of the swamp is a big cliff, leading down into the most inhospitable region of them all, the blood region. The blood region is dark no matter what time of day it is, and rivers of blood run through it, there are no passive creatures here and it’s full of aggressive creatures. Only the best players with tonnes of high level tames and creatures should dare go here. The final region is the lava filled underworld. The underworld has only three entrances, two of them in the forest region and the other in the blood region. Only three creatures live in the underworld, I’ll go over them now.

The creatures

Glob- most likely the first creature you’ll encounter is the Glob, it’s a small, fat, blobby creature with stumpy legs, a round face and big eyes. They serve pretty much no use once tamed.

Stalker- the stalker resembles a furless lion, but still has a mane, they move in packs, have high knock back and a bleed effect, making them dangerous creatures that make great tames.

Cavecrawler- a small lizard that lives in caves, it looks like a gecko and is completely useless.

Aquascorpio- imagine the sea scorpion things from the base game, now make them 5 times bigger, you get Aquascorpio. They live in lakes and rivers, can kill spinos and are absolute nightmares for beginners.

Hellcrawler- get a megalania, make it double the size and give it spikes, you get Hellcrawler, there fast, can climb, breath fire and burrow, even worse, they are very common in the forest region.

DLC idea number 4

Planet X15

Planet X15 is, as the name suggests, set on an alien planet. It has four main regions, each one a different level of difficulty, the only region you can spawn in is the forest region. The forest region is mainly forest with a large lake in the middle and multiple rivers branching out from it. Each of these rivers ends in a large swamp, which are quite dangerous places for beginners. This zone is generally safe, with the occasional raptor and unnamed predator being the biggest dangers. However, the lake, rivers and swamps are home to spinos and the unnamed river creature that I’ll tell you about later, making them bad for beginners. One of the many rivers leads to a waterfall going down into the second region. Next to the waterfall is a path leading down into the next region. This path is dangerous as it is full of creatures from the second region, so you need either good tames or good guns to get through it.

I’m going to have to carry on telling you about the rest later, so I’ll do it in a different post.

This isn’t really ark related, but grounded released a new trailer for content, and also finishing act 1 of the story on June 30th. There’s going to be a “new” boss, and I am terrified after seeing that behemoth. It’s called the “Broodmother” similar to ark, giant spider. Also the reason I put new in quotation marks is because there used to be a broodmother, found in the same biome, but it was just a slightly upgraded wolf spider that my friend and I shredded in seconds. Pretty excited for something new for a game I forgot about.

Swamp

Don’t know if i posted or not, but if you’ve seen the genesis part 2 ending, rewatch the Ark 2 trailer, as you’ll see some strange things, and not understand how they know about it.

Every time you spawn in Genesis 2 you automatically have full fed Tek equipped.

Swamp

The frozen lands seems like a pretty good idea, but here’s a few things: this DLC could take place in Ark II, since what happened in gen 2 (not going to spoil the ending) would probably make this better of as an Ark. the ice giga probably shouldn’t be able to have turrets on it in pvp, since that would be op. Though, I’m pretty sure the next unofficial map that has been confirmed is Fjordur (pronounced “for-dur”) is kinda the same thing, a mostly icy map. So I guess it’s somewhat being added as an unofficial map if you really think about it.

So, I have gotten the ending. I speedran the missions with a pretty good weapon I got, forgot what it was, but all the missions that showed up were complete. While I was doing missions, a took a bit of time to store rex eggs in my shadowmane while the rexes were breeding. So by yesterday I had everything ready for Rockwell, I watched a video, or just a small amount of it just for an idea of what to bring. I brought 10 rexes, each prim saddles each, and did it on gamma. Because one mission was glitched and hunt missions didn’t appear, I was forced to use cheats to get to the arena. I did get the mutagen legit, and they I did the fight. At the end, I was excited for the ending, but then my Xbox decided to crash for no reason. So I ran the fight in creative. Great but sad ending, I came close to tearing up, but that was it. I watched the full credits, then did the alpha fight in creative to see if there was any hidden part. There wasn’t anything on alpha. Might have progressed a bit too fast… well now I’m going to have to finish playing through the DLC maps then I’m trying pvp again, hopefully pvp will be good by the time I get there.

Ok so we shouldn’t do a story on shady records? (I will do it myself lol) but ok

I just watched Syntac’s video showing every Genesis 2 creature and they’re amazing. The Noglin is hilarious and it’s mind control is weird. The maewing is cute and the ability to carry babies in pouches is even cuter, and it’s glide looks cool as well. The shadowmane is AWESOME and I love it. Astrodelphis also looks quite good but I was disappointed by the voidwyrm as it has pretty much no new abilities.

So I found a video on how to tame creatures quicker, and it actually works. The guy showed two ways, one where you murder that taming effectiveness, and the other is similar but you keep the taming the effectiveness. I’ll go over the one where you keep the taming effectiveness. So what you want is a shotgun, a low level stego, and the creature’s favourite kibble and a magnifying glass, or scan a creature with HLNA if your on gen 1 or 2. What you wanna do is get the creature your taming below 40% health, and then knock it out. Now this is where your low level stego comes in. Use your bleed attack on the creature that your taming, and as soon as you see the blood splatter, cancel the ability. I don’t understand how it works, maybe with the stamina drain? Anyways, it works but it can be a bit hard. The other way is you knock it first, shotgun it to 40% and do the same thing.

I think it’s just that I’m too lazy to get a harpoon gun for the weaker but more controlled rock drake, which is known as the maewing. Although the fed tek suit is pretty good though…
