I just saw that “pasted” post lamprey did, and as a person who is wrapped up in ark lore, that original post, was all wrong! Magmasaurs are actually modified versions of thorny dragons, well, the DNA of thorny dragons exists within the magmasaurs! And managarms have an unknown origin. the magmasaurs that we saw in the simulation probably had they’re own real bodies, that were simulated within the genesis simulation! Thus! The magmasaurs on the lost island could be specimens that the URE were given by the TF (standing for “Terran Federation”) to place on that ark, and maybe many others! It’s even stated in the genesis II notes on scorched earth, that the magmasaurs were tested there! Thus, as a gift for allowing them to test the magmasaurs on one of the arks, the TF gave the URE enough magmasaurs to do what they wanted to do with them!

Keep in mind, this is a theory!

Two rockdrakes were put into a test zone.

This is a rockdrake nicknamed "magmasaur" and the other one is "managarmr" but we'll get to her later.

Magmasaur snarled as they pulled him into a cage. Once in, a giant tek wall fell over everything, and he could only see Managarmr through a glass panel. The room he was in heated up fast, he felt his talons growing to release heat, and his face became broader. Small holes in his back arose, making Magmasaur bellow with agony. His tail stretched out and his feathers burned to ashes. He fell on the floor as he awaited the 24 hour cycle of being in here. He turned to a scorched fire black with lava bubbling out of his holes. He soon became immune and his claws sharpened, now good for gathering rocks. He felt himself turn a comfortable heat state, like he wanted to live with this now.

Let's take a look at Managarmr.

Managarmr tried to claw the humans pushing into her into the cage, but she was tied down. They pulled the chain bola away and shut a giant tek wall door thing. She saw Magmasaur in the other chamber, writhing with pain. Managarmr shuddered, not just because of that sight. The room started to freeze, and as it got colder she saw her feathers turn into a more, leathery winged type. Her front talons merged into one to keep the heat in, and her back talons quickly spread out. A dark purple gas blasted her in the face as she felt her scales turn into fur and wires. She never felt so much pain. Managarmr grew wooden horns because of the gas, and then the door opened. Suddenly, the humans grabbed her with a chain bola and took hold of her haunches. They inspected it for a bit, then Managarmr felt a piercing pain as they struck it with element and cold booster feet. She got hold of herself and blasted icy breath onto the humans, making them freeze. She opened the door for Magmasaur, who looked worse. Beckoning him to come out, they went to their ideal environments across the universe.

we got tons of new members, but cl1 has gone inactive and i think she's going to delete her account. swamp guy's still gone, so is dilo and silver wings (they still have accounts, but are never online and rarely visit)

no stories are active sadly, and we've become more of a hangout server. qotd's back up though, music nights still happen, and we still share everything with each other. we have 70 members now, including bots. it's still very active, so that's nice. we play gartic phone while jamming to probot's music and hang out on vc (usually in the middle of the night lmfao)

i recommend joining, but if you can't or dont want to that's fine too. just know you're missing out

It has been a long time since I last spoke here and that is because I have spent more time… Beating ark! Here is a story of my ISLAND adventure -lava

I woke up and got straight to work leveling like killing and placing builds and crafting a lot. I started taking early game creatures like raptors and started breeding them for good stats (idk what j would use the raptors for, hint hint) after a I tamed a stego and a Pterodactyl. Once I tamed it I went for an argy to tame (wasn’t high enough level for a saddle) I flew back and gathered lots of berries with the stego. I Tamed an anky made a bigger base. I went to bed and then got back in to see a alpha raptor run into my base (the raptors I had were leveled imprinted and mutated so it wasn’t much of a problem) but it game me good loot. I tamed dire wolves and a mammoth ( I never used the mammoth) and a breeding pair of rexes and spinos a yuty a daedon megatheriums and theris (I am not gonna talk about the breeding process cause it took a long time to mutate and imprint an army) I did caves and killed animals that drop the stuff for bosses. And then it was time to take out the gamma megapithecus. I used spinos and I had never fought bosses before so a spino fell in the hole and I kited the megapithecus to the spino army. It died and I got good loot I leveled a bit and fought the dragon and broodmother both gamma megatheriums for broodmother and theris for dragon. After a while of fighting bosses ( took a very long time btw) I was able to finally get to the tek cave. I had 18 rexes 2 daedon,a yuty and the rest were spinos. I cleared out the tek cave with the spinos and then the rexes a yuty and a daedon to the overseer. It was a long grueling frustrating boss fight, but eventually I won. I Then ascended with a breeding pair of yuties and a breeding pair of my bets (living) rexes.-lava

And now here is a story from ark mobile that I did with a friend. I was riding on my argy and he was riding on his argy rows were soaring through the snow when a giga saw us ( I was a noob back then and my friend was worse) I decided to try to outrun it and it killed my argy. I landed on the back of a titanosaur taking a bit of fall damage and the giga kept chasing. The giga was about to eat me when a grappling crossbow shot my friends argy and grapplers the heck out of there! Later we tamed the giga and called it killer because it killed the titano. -lava
