To the anonymous person who asked about dyes, I play on console as well. I have always had issues with crafting dyes. Usually I had to make sure I had all the ingredients, and then make one dye in the cooking pot at a time. So I would put the exact amount of each berry in as well as a full water flask (I forget what it’s called), and turn the fire on, craft the one dye, and then repeat. I hope this was helpful.
