Best tame to use to collect biotoxin is the basilosaurus, hands down. It's immune to the jellyfishes' shock and is also immune to eels and the tuso grab. Absolute unit of the ocean, get one as soon as you can!

It’s not hard, just get an archelon and hunt all the jellyfish for infinite bio toxin

On fjordur, andrewsarchus with the turret saddle can effective gather this, since the gun works underwater. They can easily put swim the cnidaria, use them.

Out of narcotic? Just use dis stuff

For mobile use an argentavis, land run into water and lure the jelly to the shore and shoot it. Then make calamari with a good sword. Can get a few thousand just flying around the beach.

On aberration there is the red mushroom with red bottom and they give bio toxin

On abberation, theres two types of red mushrooms. The normal ones and the pointy ones that look like a triangle. The pointy ones are the ones that poison you. You can harvest them with a dino and they will guve you rare shrooms and bio toxin. Stegos work best

If you somehow don't have any of the tames listed on here but have a Mosasaurus, don't worry, the Mosa is good for collecting it as well as long as you one shot the Jellyfish, because Jellyfish don't aggro onto the Mosa unless you attack one of their friends and don't kill them in one hit

Use a raft and a gun to kill them then a Dino to collect the bio toxin

Go on Abb get a sickle or dire bear and harvest the red spores, you know which ones will give by looking under them, the ones with a red stump will always give. (be careful not to step to close)
