Use the basliosaur， it's immune to the jellyfish sting and is also protects u from getting knocked off of your mount.

While the narcotics give 40 torpor the Biotoxin gives 80 torpor by killing just a cnidaria(jellyfish),more efficient than having to get raw meat and berries.

I use to go to the beach, swim out a little bit until it agro. Then swim to land again and the cnidarias are following me to land. When it I am standing on land it stops. Then I can easily kill it without taking any damage.

I am kinda stupid, I am kinda new to ark and I seen something glowing in the ocean while riding my pteranodon so I landed to see what it was I went over to it worse decision making ever it stunned me and almost killed me but before it killed me I realized I have a sword that does 109 damage and I killed it lol

x2 narcotics are equivalent to x1 biotoxin

Use a basilosaurus, they dont get knock out by the jellyfishes, and they have so much hp and damage its a super easy to tame

For the people complaining about the iguanadon being one of the highest rating, its because of aberration. The iguanadon harvests a bunch from the red hallucinagenic mushrooms that are unique to aberration.

Carbys are easy to tame early game & they are immune to the paralysis Jellies cause. Jellys are turtle food after all...

Biotoxin is very dangerous and DO NOT EAT.It will make you fall asleep.You can use it to keep your unconscious dino/mammal asleep longer It's way better than narcotics

Better than narcotics, and easier to get,save narcotics for tranc arrows

Narcotics on steroids, but seriously tho they work much better than Narcotics when taming something.
