You can do killing jellyfish with basilo since its immune put it on passive and use your hatchet. I got 130 from one using ny hatchet

Either use a bow and arrow to shoot the jellyfish from the beach, then swim in and kill them, or swim in and then out to lure them close to the shore, where you can use a pike to kill them.

Basilosaurus don’t get electrocuted by jellyfish, so if you go swimming around on a basilosaurus and attack jellyfish, you can get a decent amount of bio toxin.

(I haven’t noticed that certain weapons or creatures get any more bio toxin than others.)

You can just cheese jellyfish that spawn in rivers by luring them to the shore because your range of melee is slightly larger than theirs.

Kill with a Barry they are immune to the shock and harvest with a spino once dead

What I do is I use a long neck rifle or a bow. Either way works. Lure them to the shore then shoot them in the middle. I don’t know if that is their weak spot but usually when I shoot their it one shots them and other times when I shoot somewhere else it cost me two arrows or two bullets

if you dont have any powerful aquatic creatures, hop on a raft and take it to sea (preferably at night when the jellyfish are more visible). use a crossbow from the raft to aggro and kill them. good aim practice.
