Just trap it in stone, get its health below 2000 using the charge lights and any weapon, (ascendant sniper works great) and once it’s below 2000, turn of lights, go close to it, it should grab you, (may take a while) and bam, your pregnant! If you are trying to tame a higher level one (for example 100+) I suggest using the cannon because it only takes one or two shots to knock it out and I haven’t had one die to this yet.
