I should use my Yuty more- he’s just chilling in the base

The funny thing about these is when you scare something it literally poops ! So if your like me and you like to defend your base with lots of plant species - x or you like to grow lot of crops for recipes and tameing. This is an amazing fertilizer collecter . Also it's scare roar will give any creature I big damage reduction . I was taking a freshly tamed one home and I got jumped on by 3 raptors and I barely took and damage and the raptors ran away when my yutyranus roared

Not only does the roar have a damage boost, it also can make eggs to get some extraordinary kibble for some taming.

The Yuty is a absolutely unit not only is it fast and strong it actually is very agile and can turn faster than any other killers of it’s scale. Turning might not sound that cool but trust me nothing is mad sad than loosing a rex because a carno was stuck up its butt.

Get two of these, three or four daedons, and allos or dire wolves or anything with a pack bonus. Then you will rule the map. Unless there is a giga

It’s attack speed is a bit slow, but damage is good and knock back is crazy

Just imagine you have Chewbacca as copilot but with sharper teeth

Hop on a wyvern, be sure to bring some stone foundations, stone door frames and one stone Dino gate and gate (also knockout gear) for it. Go find the Yuti you want and build a taming pin and lure it into the pin and close the gate. Game over

the yuty has two kinds of roars.

one of the roars can be used to buff your dinosaurs up.

whilst the other roar is used to make almost every creature run in fear.

if you use the buffing roar a good amount, your dinosaurs charge will remain for a long time.

and if you fill up the fear bar for the second roar on your opponent, they will begin running away

Giganotosaurus, Rexs, Spinos, Wyverns, Alpha Predators, Water Creatures, and Brontos are immune to the yutyrannus's fear roar

So basically I found it useful as they ability with their roar to boost ally Dino as well as scare enemies they work great for farming as well. As for “Farming” I mean feces farming just get an bunch pigs and phi pigs made an farm with trap doors and stuff so whenever I use the scare ability they defecate and it naturally fall down which I collect and feed it to my dung beetle very effective I find it better then waiting for an Dino to dedicate only problem I found with this is sometimes it lags hard as the farm I made currently hold 40 wild Dino’s that dedicate at the same time.

Stam mutations are great for roars, can also ally wild carnos, including alphas

Great mount, performs flawlessly in both defensive and offensive roles. Put points into health, stamina and melee and you’ve got yourself an unmatched battle mount.

People are saying It’s fear roar does not effect wyverns but just so you know it actually does, just not as much, but still if it roars three times you will lose control of your wyvern. This just happened to me cause I thought it wasn’t effected by the roar and my best wyvern walked off a cliff and died to fall damage.

Essential for boss battles. Spam courage roar and pray for the best.

How to dodge the roar? Simple!

Just have a mount fast enough to not be in the front of the Yuti during it’s roar.

The Yutyrannus is an amazing tame, especially in a group of 3-6. Its stat-boosting roar is overpowered if you have buddies with you riding the other ones, because if they all roar, it can result in a massive stat boost!

For the love of- just GET ONE!!! Powerful creatures that can scare off attackers and inspire teammates with their roar and even befriend wild carnos?!?! Yeah, get one. If that’s not enough, it’s soooooooo floofy!!!!!

For Gen 1, top of the line land mount to travel around with. Most things don't aggro, Fears ALMOST everything including other Yutys (takes a couple roars tho). Pump mostly HP & Stam and maybe some dmg, the increase isn't really that great per point tho. Which is fine since fear roar increases your dmg output anyways,if you need it. Plus when taming other X-Variants that extra damage helps a bit as well so good for taming.

You'll need 3 prim crossbows and 250 ish arrows to get a high level X-Variant tho. You can try tranq darts but that's pretty expensive.
