The Yutyrannus is one of my favorite mounts for many reasons

A. It's roar scares off opponents

B. It's like a yeti T.Rex

I found the note on it and thought it was a smaller raptor but I could never find one. I decided to check out the ice place ( I completely forgot about the yuty) and found out that “allosauruses” lived here. I saw them roaring and for a minute I thought they were yutyrannuses but my brother just decided to kill them with his spino. The level 75 spino survived with less than half health. I never returned.

Easiest tame of my life! Just build a 2x6 stone platforms then two stone door ways on the sides! You should need 20 stone doors. Then build a ramp out of what ever I used wood. The use a good flier like a tapy (because of stamina it might roar and scare your bird so you want tons of stamina) then just attack it and lure it in the Carnos might go in but mine didn’t so 1 more tip be warned I used a ramshackle crossbow just saying bring more arrows than Dododex says to use😬 I tamed a level 200 with this technique.

While tamed, put on auto-courage because it make your dinos stronger a litter bit like over: 55/62 30.7 34.90.56

if you have a Spinosaurus, you can lead it with water deep enough for it to start swimming. the Spinosaurus will get away, and the Carnotaurs won’t be able to keep up with the Yutyrannus. that’s how i tamed my Yutyrannus

The yutys roar makes enemy’s weaker

Easy to trap, you only need 4 Stone Dino gateway with 2 reinforced gates, put them up in a line with just enough space so you can get out, put the first door down, get the yutys attention, get him to run in the trap, put the door down behind him and bam, he trapped.. use darts preferrebly or use arrows with seconds between hits..

Never bring a mount well tamming they will be scared off

Don't take on rock elementals with these things unless you have a cannon and friends with cannons and friends with rocket launchers.

I was doing an insulation test with my otter and my pteranodon and I only just escaped, after I realised that the glowing gold things were in fact carnos and raptors next to the furry thing.

In my opinion, I feel that the Yutyrannus is much more versatile than the Rex considering it can take on both a support and attacking role. You will want to have at least one friend to lure the thing into a taming cage. Take care to eliminate the carno with it before trapping it. Close it off and use the traditional knockout method. When you're done, you'll have an invaluable PVP dino.

To tame a yutyrannus easy solo load bird up with stone on a cliff then snipe off carnos to be safer then tranq out the yutyrannus with whatever u have

Their roar scares your tames a lot

With the new DLC, you can now net them. Make sure to bring a lot of nets since they only last a minute.

If you see one and your new just run faster then your friends and keep your flyers away from them.

Is fluffy, makes easy eggs for kibble, is the best Buffer and pretty strong on its own aswell. You should get it!

To the very confused toad a X Dino is a kind of dino found on other maps, I am not certain, but I think they first got introduced on aberration and take less damage, but Deal more damage

This is an absolute must for the boss fights. Take two of these and buff your other creatures.
