My first encounter I was traveling with abt 6 daeadons and I heard a yell started swinging my sword and it was down , didn’t even know what it was it happened so fast. But looked at my daes health and they were just almost dead I said wtf?!

One time I was playing ark with my cousin and a giga came and killed my cousin and the equus he was riding, then I killed the giga, trust me these things are overpowered

If you're tired of grinding for traps or maybe just terribly unprepared, you can tame one of these guys on foot by strafing behind it in tight circles. It won't be able to bite you because of its turn and hit radius (did this with about 120% movement speed with an x-yuty.) Small warning: you will get dizzy, and I recommend having good armor and a crypodded dino.
