To tame Yuty, you need to take these items. 9 stone pillars_ 4 stone dinosaur gateway_ 1 rainforced dinosaur gate_ 3 large bear traps To make the trap, first place 4 stone dinosaur gateways in a square, then place a rainforced dinosaur gate for one, and place 3 stone pillars between the other stone dinosaur gateways, and place 3 large bear traps inside the trap, and open the rainforced dinosaur gate, then drag Yuty inside and quickly close the gate.

Once it spawned near my base so I was constantly respawning to run to it and hit it with a bat, eventually with lots of patience I knocked it out as well as a 1 of 3 carno that were following it and I killed the other 2

Yutyrannus roar does NOT affect alpha dinos

I just tamed a level 100… he made my ptero leave me, so I killed his friends and knocked him out. He woke up feeling obligated to me for some reason…

First day it was released, started a new character made a stone house boat and headed north. Was docked, taming a direwolf. Suddenly it drops from a cliff with 3 carnos. They surrounded my boat and wiped me in three minutes. If you see the buff, gtfo.

Unlike the rex which is slightly slower than a human with no weight and 100% movement speed this thing is 80% faster.

Surprisingly you can net the yutyrannus (saved me many times)

All you need to do is just get the high ground

The fear roar is amazing for taming because the damage increase reduces the amount of tranqs you would need to use to knockout something. make sure to have already caged the creature though because if you don't they will run away.

It kinda looks like an Allo with feathers. Kinda cute. Ima go pet it, and holy sh*t it's not cute! Run for your life!

Once tamed, upgrade stamina if you chose a low level individual. Their roar takes a lot of stamina, so higher levels are recommended. If you can get a lot, you can position them surrounding your base, and they will roar at any attackers that come too close, weakening them and even scaring them off.

Doesn't eat for a while after knockout. BE PATIENT

Yeah I think walking around without a Dino is best if you can find a cliff where it doesn’t get you. Guess who just tamed their first yuty and it’s 3 Carnos 🥹

Yes yes ou can ally wild carnos to help you, but what would be better is if it could bend enemy tribe's carnos to do your bidding! Roar next to a tribe with mostly carnos and watch them break them from the inside, how evil would that be?!

if this helps a yutyrannus cannot scare a giga,rex,spino,wyverns,rock elemental,bronto,alpha predators,bosses and underwater creatures. Tamed or untamed. This killing machine has 3 carnotaurus surrounding it.

Wild dinos ignore you while you are on it unless you attack them except if the dino is an allo, spino, rex, alpha rex, yuty, carcharo, giga, rhynio, or insect buffed megatherium which will attack on sight.

if you cant find the roar buff button on controller its the stick button

Easy and cheap trap( useful for most tames)

4 foundation (can be wooden or stone wtv suits u)

20stone walls

4 wooden ramp

Lay the foundation in a square shape.

Put the stone walls on all sides of the foundation

Put the wooden ramp so that the yuty can fall into it

Note: incase u have a flying tame capable of carrying medium sized creature like carno etc.. ( i used my ice wyvern) u can pick the carnos that helps the yuty by carrying them and throwing them somewhere out of reach from yuty buff very easy if u ask me good luck taming it, also yuty takes alot of tranq darts and be careful with tranq arrows you might accidentally kill it.
