The Yi Ling is commonly found near rivers and lakes in the green zone, where clearing the area and using a stone doorframe trap can help manage its dive attack during taming. Once it builds feather stacks and begins diving, stun it with Plant Species Z, render it unconscious with narcotics or Bio Toxin, and feed it Exceptional Kibble or Raw Mutton. As a mount, it excels at wall-climbing, aerial dives, ranged feather attacks, tight maneuvering, exploration, and stealing Rock Drake eggs, but its challenging taming and movement demands require practice; when encountered, a Bola can immobilize it, or you can lure it toward other creatures to escape.
