The new ice fox is also an passive tame it’s best you passive tame it cause it can be insta tamed on passive doesn’t matter the meat or kibble it still get insta tamed and knockout taming is kinda slower

Give way more XP then they should when killed. They're great for early game levelling

Not sure if its a glitch but dont do anything just crouch walk up behind it and claim to tame dont need kibble or knock out

There are Veilwyn on the Extinction map as well.

After traveling miles through a blizzard on Ragnarok to get my stuff from dying previously, I built a little snow cabin to stay warm and not die again. These little guys came and I thought they were friendly, boy was I wrong, they did over 2,000 damage to me and I died instantly, I’ll never get my stuff back :(

if i remember correctly, Veilwyns spawn on Abberation in the blue zone, and as always their taming process is to find the real veilwyn in the clones and claim it! and then you have a veilwyn

One of the easiest trap free way of KNOCKING OUT one of these snow foxes out is to use a karkinos and grab it with the left claw specifically. Do NOT grab with the right or it will still be able to teleport and hit you, instead use the right claw to clear its clones if it managed to summon any and once the area is clear just hop off and use a longneck and pump it full of darts. I do not recommend using a compound bow as it tends to get quite low HP or even often times kill it. yes you are able to tame it passively by sneaking up and claiming it (unless the removed this option) but this method is how to safely tame it without using a trap or doing to "claim it" method. This isn't efficient like the walk up and claim it option everyone uses but if you decide to ko tame it this is the way to go
