If you find it in mobile and don’t have a griffin, just ignore him, you can only tame it with griffin kibble

435 unicorn on mobile says 3 griffin kibble under 15x soothing balm(25.25) it takes 5 I wasted one

Pretty sure there’s a bug where it only lets u feed it kibble

On mobile I tamed a level 450 with one normal soothing balm and one griffin kibble.

I thought it was a normal equus and killed it. I realized it was a unicorn. Few minutes later me and my pteranodon got killed by griffins.

Only two ever spawn in world, if you kill either of the pair they will never respawn or spawn more. So be careful and do your best to grab it while you have the chance. One male and one female, lvl shouldn’t really matter since in essence they are just special skin horses. They tame the same way too, ride it and feed it. No idea where they spawn but they spawn everywhere. Raid herbivore island and wait for the spawn. It took about 3irl days for this to work and it messed up when the power went out for a split second.

I’ve found 3 males separately and 2 females separately! Didn’t get to tame any 😔! I have a female griffin now so I’m half way to being able to have a unicorn(on mobile)! Pls,ark creators, make it so unicorns eat crops!!!

Do not kill this or die.

If unicorn dies in your world it doesn't spawn again but their are chances that if you tidy save it spawn again on your world. I hope it helped you .On PC you can to wild Dino clear

Unicorn is not the rarest dino because when you find other dino to tame it will become rarest

Ark devs pls fix! In ark mobile u can ONLY use Griffin kibble to tame, but I'm playing on the island map and griffin's are not in the island map, do I cant Tame a unicorn :( please fix this!

Whenever you get the chance to find one. Put it in a pen near your base and make sure to check it from time to time, especially during server shutdowns/restarts, it got out of the pen somehow during these things occurred.

Save it until you get griffin kibble. We used 15x soothing balm ang 2 griff kibble for a 5min tame on a lvl150. Goodluck finding yours!

Mobile players can only tame with Griffin kibble but don't eat any vegetables to tame, playstation users can but takes a long time with berries using carrots is way more efficient

The unicorn is the most rare animal at the server(there's only one), so if you find one you are lucky ! 🍀
